My truck was stolen and luckily was found. Had it towed to dealership and met Chris. He made the experience of getting repairs done stress free. I had to bring my truck back for some additional repairs and he set me up with a loaner car so I didn?t have to worry about a ride home.

We purchased a used 2008 Cadillac Escalade on Saturday. We like the truck but it needed motor mounts changed right away. We live in Dallas and we were down in the area for a few days off at the Gulf Coast. I noticed the Chevy dealer was right near where we were And I called them up and spoke to. Will told him what we needed. The two motor mounts and one window regulator. And we need them by Tuesday noon. Because that Is when we?ll be driving back Will checked and they did not have the parts. He asked the Service Manager if they could make this happen and the answer was yes. And the dealership did just that. By 12 noon on Tuesday, the Escalade was ready to go.

I received the car that I wanted. I was in and out in about 5 hours. That was really good. Love, Love, Love, my car.:)) She is really fast even when I'm not going fast. Martin as usual was a pleasure to be with. I've been with Davis Chevrolet since 2006. I had the pleasure of driving a Suburban and I've had 2 Traverse. I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.
