Husband and I found a jeep we were interested in and contacted dealership to inquire. Kyle was very helpful,and got answers to all our questions in very timely manner, however since we live out of state the only time we could go inspect and drive vehicle Kyle was off so we then worked with Karen and Steve. I was shopping online Black Friday week and the big cities had all kinds of specials with fine print and ‘select vehicles’ . Everytime i go to the service department all my needs are met and if anything needs fixed they tell me. Shane and kevin the only 2 technicians i use at ray dennison have always taken the time to diag and repair our cars the right way the first time will definately keep returning for service.

Our experience buying my new 2023 Chevy Equinox LS sports package AWD through Green Chevrolet in Peoria was excellent. We actually live in Springfield but couldn?t drive to Peoria until after 6:00 p.m.; and their lot closes at 7:00 p.m. So, even though Edd and I arrived a little after 7:00 p.m., everyone there were pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, professional and didn?t make us feel as if they were already closed when we arrived. All our questions were answered and they made us feel as if it was all about us regardless of the fact that everyone there were technically off work. The entire car buying experience with the staff at Green Chevrolet in Peoria was amazingly refreshing. I will definitely recommend Edwin Jordan and this car lot to family, friends church members, and to my co-workers.

we found a car online and over the period of a couple weeks I was back and forth with the sales person. He was always professional, never pawned me off on someone else, and when the car we were looking at was unavailable he let me know and offered to contact us if something else came in. About 2 weeks later he called me they had recieved another car that we were interested in and we went through the process of paper work on line and over the phone, he came in on his day off to meet us when we could make the trip and stayed past closing to finalize the deal! this was huge for us being that we were coming from Michigan to look at this car.
