Overall, the Carter boys made this a pleasant experience enough to warrant my business now and in the future. A stark contrast to my local dealers. Carter Chevy was willing to work with me in a way that local dealers would not showing that they are a dealer that have evolved/learned from COVID era deals. So much so that I decided to order directly through them and deal with the shipping hassle. I was not hounded in anyway. Some details got lost in the hundreds of emails. But, the fact Carter was willing to email with me so frequently cemented the deal. Trevor, Mike, Jason, and the parts manager are professionals that want you to enjoy the process Carter Chevy was willing to work with me in a way that local dealers would not. Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Process went smoothly. Chad, the service manager, was friendly and professional. They had the service done in about an hour like they said they would.

When I first drove this truck I fell in love with it. I am recommending this truck to everyone I know. It’s got great power and it is comfortable. It rides surprisingly smooth.

Ladies, ask for Jimmy Briseno! For the FIRST TIME we found a salesman who answered MY questions and catered to ME when buying a car! The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. He was patient without being pushy and didn't treat me like I was silly just because I'm female--absolutely recommend!

Very Pleased, they hopefully repaired my problem of a module that GM has quit making, My pickup was made in a GM factory for CNG, and now GM quit making the part and I'll be stranded if another one goes out. QUIT MAKING THE MODULE, GO FIGURE!!!!

One, if not the best, car buying experiences I have had. And I love trying different cars, so those experiences have been many. Worked with Jonny and he was very helpful, friendly and honest. The entire experience from the sale through the financing office was no pressure. Often times the extended warranties are pushed very hard and the advantages discussed at nauseum when you decline. They accepted the no and understood my reasoning. Talked with other members of the staff while I was waiting for paperwork to be done and everyone at this dealership was very friendly and helpful even though they were not the ones involved in the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership. I drove nearly three hours for the car I was looking for so it may be difficult to recommend them to my friends but will be suggesting they at least give them a look as the experience was that good. And the pricing on the used car I purchased was much better than anything in the area I am located at.
