Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

I went in on Saturday to Bob Howard with a very specific need in mind with a much lesser vehicle in mind. Taylor was my salesperson and Payton was the GM. Both individuals worked diligently to help ensure that I was able to meet my specific needs with a much nicer truck than I had in mind. They were both very patient in assisting me with my new purchase. Needless to say I was and am very happy with my purchase and would very much do it again.

One, if not the best, car buying experiences I have had. And I love trying different cars, so those experiences have been many. Worked with Jonny and he was very helpful, friendly and honest. The entire experience from the sale through the financing office was no pressure. Often times the extended warranties are pushed very hard and the advantages discussed at nauseum when you decline. They accepted the no and understood my reasoning. Talked with other members of the staff while I was waiting for paperwork to be done and everyone at this dealership was very friendly and helpful even though they were not the ones involved in the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership. I drove nearly three hours for the car I was looking for so it may be difficult to recommend them to my friends but will be suggesting they at least give them a look as the experience was that good. And the pricing on the used car I purchased was much better than anything in the area I am located at.

I had an oil change and needed to buy a part (glovebox) for my vehicle. Setting up the appointment for the car to be serviced was easy and the person I spoke with on the phone was very courteous. I had originally ordered a glovebox from a local OKC dealership. But I called Joe Cooper and they were able to get it for half the price of the other dealership!

We worked with Brandon Lewis when purchasing our Blazer EV. He was extremely helpful and patient when answering all of the questions we had about transitioning to a full EV. Once we decided that the vehicle was going to be compatible with our daily routine, Brandon took our deposit and again went above and beyond making sure everything would be ready to go when we arrived from Michigan. 1000 miles and 18 hours worth of driving later, I pulled into Joe Cooper Chevrolet to be greeted by Brandon as soon as I walked in. We took a quick tour of all of the amenities the dealership had to offer and then proceeded to start the paperwork for our new vehicle. While signing paperwork, Brandon was making sure to explain what every signature and initial pertained to, going into more detail whenever I asked. Once completed I sat down with the financing manager who provided me with my final rate, as well as finalizing the required paperwork. We went over and confirmed what was previously discussed with Brandon and before I knew it we were finished and ready to start heading back to Michigan. Overall this was the smoothest dealership experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I never felt pressured to purchase any of the available packages or services, although they were explained in enough detail to allow me to make an informed decision.
