One, if not the best, car buying experiences I have had. And I love trying different cars, so those experiences have been many. Worked with Jonny and he was very helpful, friendly and honest. The entire experience from the sale through the financing office was no pressure. Often times the extended warranties are pushed very hard and the advantages discussed at nauseum when you decline. They accepted the no and understood my reasoning. Talked with other members of the staff while I was waiting for paperwork to be done and everyone at this dealership was very friendly and helpful even though they were not the ones involved in the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership. I drove nearly three hours for the car I was looking for so it may be difficult to recommend them to my friends but will be suggesting they at least give them a look as the experience was that good. And the pricing on the used car I purchased was much better than anything in the area I am located at.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

The only reason it took a while is due to the fact this particular vehicle is so popular they sold them before the vehicles arrived! But patience and my salesman going the extra mile finally paid off. I left a very happy customer . I will purchase my next vehicle with Knipplemier when the time comes to trade in on a newer model. They do not make promises they can’t keep and they don’t promise you something just to get you inside their dealership just to tell you oh we can’t do this or that! I called several dealerships and Knipplemier kept every promise they made. They didn’t waste my time or get my hopes up just to let me down.
