I had a great experience with Rick Quillin, Internet Sales and with Country Chevrolet. Rick returned every phone call, stay ahead in the deal, answered every question and was great to work with. The car was exactly as pictured with all the options as listed. Rick set me up with an on time transporter and it was $200 less than quoted . I have bought 6 cars using internet sales (3 from CarMax and 3 from other dealers and Rick Quillin was the best and most professional by far. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.
