Kam is the hardest worker and seems to really love his job, he has given me multiple routes to go on buying a car and what would fit best for my family and i. After many hours of learning current market values and contacting many dealerships, Classic Chevrolet in the first phone conversation revealed no fixed or high pressure add ons - that was enough for me. Dealing with Classic Chevrolet was about as straightforward as you can get in dealing with any car dealership. Vehicle was available and as described, no dealer add ons (which seems to be a major issue in Internet pricing), and no high pressure sales. Just the typical unfun price negotiation at the end which I have 100% experienced in my every car buying experience. As a totally different experience, cars.com should deny service to Autosaavy and Car Revolution. One would be insane to attempt a purchase after reading their reviews. They do harm to the Internet buying experience.

The Service advisor was great. The remolded customer waiting room , parts counter and cashiers area were very impressive.. The check-in process was fast and my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.

Five Star rating. In and out in a short period of time. Stephen Underwood handled all the necessary paper work for the service on my truck in a very timely and professional manner. Great service by both Underwood and the shop crew.

Service has always been first class! All service issues that I have had on the three trucks that I have perchased there have always been serviced to my satisfaction. Employees are always courteous and helpful.

Very easy to get appointment. My Service Advisor was great, kept advised to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and clean. They did a great job for me. This is a great dealership and I would higly reccommend this dealership.

Issues were discovered, approved and completed in a timely manner. Transportation was provided back home and back to dealership to retrieve my vehicle.

I bought a truck from them after shopping online for a few months, found the best deal here and the price online was accurate. Todd was great talked to him for a bit before coming in so was able to get everything set up. He made the process easy and was an awesome salesman! The finance department was great! After having another dealerships finance manager add $4500 to a deal on a car in the past I was very cautious but the finance department here was great and couldn't have asked for a better car buying process!!! Highly recommend Hiley Chevrolet!

From start to finish the process was extremely easy and I was greeted as soon as I pulled into service and when I came and picked up my vehicle was greeted again and was helped getting to where I needed to be to get my paperwork done.
