Gregory at Castle Chevy GMC is the automotive wizard we all need! When my wife’s 2023 GMC Yukon XL needed some TLC, Gregory didn’t just fix the issue—he played detective, keeping it an extra day to crack the case like a vehicular Sherlock. And as if that wasn’t enough, he sprinkled some magic dust on a couple of minor, non-essential fixes that were the cherry on top of this service sundae. When I purchased my truck the sales and finance department were amazing. I was about to pull out of the parking lot and the finance manager came running out to let me know they just got a better interest rate! I went back in and a few minutes later I was driving away with a better deal! After getting the truck home I received a call from the salesman asking if I was happy and how my experience was. I let him know I was happy but that the aftermarket bar light wasnt working and that I didnt particularly care but he sent me a new light anyway! I cant say enough about this dealership!
