I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. I met Gregg Guetzlaff between Christmas and New Years when I arrived at the dealership about a 2019 Audi RS 5 I had seen advertised online. He had told me the vehicle was at the Audi dealership awaiting a part that was on back order.
