He was not pushy about anything during the process and if he didn't know the answer to something he was able to figure it out quickly. The entire process was smooth and comfortable. I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

I purchased a '11 DTS from them and they were very great to work with. Let me take the car for a drive by myself so there was no pressure and I could look it over as much as I wanted. Very easy to negotiate with and I got it at the price I wanted. Even stuck around late to finish the deal even though they had a family function to get to. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Pricey but not for these days! $20000 for a 2013 best deal I could find! I did find exactly what I was looking for and the dealer was amazing! They worked with me on everything! So happy I found car. com to find my truck!

Chevy has been in the family for over years. I Love my truck.. I gave a second chance buying Chevrolet. My other vehicle was a Tahoe. And the transmission went out. So I decided to give it a second chance. Guess what my transmission went out on this one two.. Chevrolet should make a recall it's very scare and unsafe when truck just wants to go reverse.

My wife and I were there to buy a vehicle. We picked out 4 to look at but because of the subzero week before 1 actually started on its own. It was a blessing. We are under the belief that this one was meant to be ours. We appreciate you guys going the extra mile to do the financing to buy the car. I bought my 2017 brand new with 4,000 mi on it from a dealer. I get a range of about 500 mi. I've had no trouble with it ever since I bought it. I give it regular maintenance and I can't ask for a better truck.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

The driver side front door grip is made of plastic frame construction underneath soft rubber. It broke in less than two years. All parts supporting grip handle are cheaply made of plastic.

This has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. Purchased new Dec 2012. As of April 2021, I have over 238,000 miles! Outside of scheduled maintenance, I have replaced front and rear factory brakes at 200,000 miles - I was down to 15 Percent on Front, 8 Percent rear. I replaced both Front hubs at 210,000 miles. I follow the maintenance as outlined in owners manual. This has been a very good reliable truck. Cant' say it enough. I have the 4.8L V8 engine, 4x4 Reg Cab Short Box. LS trim. Body / Paint /Trim still look Great, People comment all the time, Drive Tran and Engine still run strong. Getting Same MPG (18) that I got from the first Tank of Gas. I use Truck for commuting back forth to work, driving off road (weekly) fire trails, farm pastures, dirt roads as well as interstate.

I recently found a oil leak earlier on the engine oil cooling lines. It took a couple of days to find the parts to fix it. It seems the there were 3 dealers in the area that had the part but they were already designated for other pickups with the same problem. This being said I believe GM is aware of the problem and should take responsibility for the cost encured for repairs.

Very good fuel millage. Not transmission problems yet. Have 103000kms. Starter failed in 2019, repaired under warranty. Has great power for a 5.3L. Quite and soild build

Overall I love This. Chevy truck. Aside from the minor issues that Chevy should have taken care of long ago Such as Intermittent transmission failureThat cost me $3100 at 60000 miles. And the power train output that could have been much more which I enhance using a super chip program that Actually woke this engine up the 5.3 by the way. And they should have long eliminated the active fuel management. But after all these issues I love the Chevy truck come on Jim get it together stop producing better track 2 better trucks less recalls don't make me jump Ship !

Only had this truck a week, but look forward to driving it for years. I am very loyal to GM vehicles and owned my last truck for over 8 years and it had 260,000 Plus miles.

I missed out on the first truck I wanted to buy there but soon afterwards they had another one that fit my budget and requirements. The process was easy. The communication about what I wanted and what they could do was smooth. They explained options to me clearly such as warranties and vehicle best suited for me. In 2010 We bought a 2008 silverado. LT 5.3 engine. Two wheel drive. I still drive it everyday. Regular oil changes. This truck had 26k on it. Today it has 156k. Battries. Breaks, plugs and wires. Thats it. -50 below outside, starts right up! Awesome! Proud owner.

I have owned Chevrolet for over 70 years but the newer they get the worse the Electricions get right now having trouble with the brakes only work when everything esle is working.

I have been very pleased with my 2015 Silverado 1500. There a few things to note about this model though, they tend to have some transmission issues and some may have drive shaft vibrations if not maintained properly.

Bought used. Did some research on it found out problems with AFM. I installed a tuner and did AFM delete and got rid of the top speed limiter, also set other perimeters to high performance, cold air intake, got rid of vacuum pump for braking and went to intake vacuum for booster did tranny thermostat bypass. also changed intake from 5.3 to 6.2 and changed throttle body. Installed catch can for oil blow by. Installed a throttle control booster, change oil every 3000 miles has 125056 miles got rid of all3 cats and has headers and dual straight pipes. sounds great. hptuners got check engine light off. I have street raced this against Camaros mustangs ect and tear them up. tranny has no issues nor do valves. Have buried the Speedo several times max speed was 152mph going by speedo on tuner display. In a truck ride was smooth handles great. I dog the xxxx out of it and it just takes it. I invite others to race. tag says RUN YOU.
