been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

This is my 3rd Silverado and the best one yet. The infotainment features are great. The screen is big and easy to work. Looks great, rides smooth, quiet and is plenty powerful. (5.3 V8) Great every day driver for my family of 4.

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

While out of town our daughter had a minor accident that required a tow. I was able to contact John at VW and explain the scenario. We arranged to have the car towed there and they would take a look. They quickly worked the car in and provided a list of services that were needed. We reviewed the requested services and landed on the ones that would allow the car to be drivable. They made the repairs and had the car returned to us within 4 days. As usual, great experience with John and the VW Clarksville Service team.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

I am a very busy person, when I drop by to have routine maintenance, the service department is always quick and efficient in getting me in and out of there.

Great truck awesome power Has the usual infotainment system issues that all makes have the sound goes out and radio system locks up shut it down for a few then works again The steering column upper cover came a part when I picked it up the dealer ordered the part but it’s been 3 months no called from the dealer ( Unity Chevy ) Newburgh ny No status updates very poor dealer Also no fog lights and none are available from the dealer or after market needs fog lights the normal headlights just aren’t enough lighting for night driving One other note the antenna paint is peeling and the dealer said I had to pay for that Lol truck had 230 miles on it the dealer was a joke so I will be going to another dealer for and warranty work

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

I’m from Indianapolis but while spending a weekend in Louisville, I had an issue with my Volkswagen golf. I had it towed to Bachman on Sunday, leaving an explanation of what had occurred. I received a response early Monday morning and continued to receive updates on the progress of the service required. Issue was corrected quickly and I was able to pick up my car a day later. Very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy and efficient work of their service department. When car shopping in the future, and based on this positive experience with their service department, I would feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them.

Having issues with the AC not working properly, had in 2xs for this an dealerships fines nothing wrong, tells me if it happens again bring back in.

Driving not as good as my 2011 Silverado 6.2 what great truck for power and performance during long trips from Baltimore to Atlanta. Other than rear brakes problems there are no major issues

For context, I don’t buy new vehicles often. My last truck was a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 LS. I drove it 22 years and put over 200,000 miles on it. It was a great truck, so I wanted to replace it with another one. In late November, I purchased a 2024 Silverado 1500 LTZ with all the bells and whistles and I couldn’t be happier with a vehicle. It looks fantastic, Summit White, crew cab with short bed and 20” wheels have it sitting at the perfect height. Inside there is plenty of headroom for 6 ft plus people. The seats are super comfortable and it drives and rides fabulously. The interior is amazing. My wife, who generally doesn’t care much for trucks raves about it every time she sits in it. She says she can’t believe how comfortable it is and wants to take trips in it. If there is anything I have to say that is a bit negative is how the 10 speed transmission works at slow speeds. At times, I experience a sort of surging with it. The truck apparently “learns” your driving habits, so that may have something to do with it. Otherwise, I really enjoy everything about it. Looking for another 20 years with it!:)

I can't wait to fix my truck. It's amazing in every way, its quite a looker too. I had just done a 4" Lift Kit and was about to throw on some 35s, can't wait to do that, here soon. I had an appointment Friday. I called a few times to ask how its going. The reply was should be the end of the day. Don?t know what that means. I arrived the dealer at 3:00 O?clock. I ask what was done had how long it would be. The reply was they had the driver side mirror completed. How ever nothing was done. The service rep came to me with there head down. I knew nothing was completed. The Rep I could tell felt unhappy about the issue. However, the Rep did manage to get me a rental. That was good. I know things can go wrong at times. I was glad the to the extra day to have time to make repairs properly. I had another issue for a service performed on an oil change back some time. After the oil change, I brought the car back and explained I had a humming sound coming from the vents. I approached their man mechanic in thing they were not going to believe me. He immediately said I know what that is. I was relived. He said when they looked at the filter, putting the cover back on at times is not properly positioned. They repositioned it; it did sound better but not completely. I drove to for a while still noise. When I took the truck back for the Mirror swap, cabin filter, Air filter, tire sensors, etc. I ask them to look for something a normal They found a screw that had been broken on the air filter housing. She then proceeded to tell me she got a quote in replacing the unit. I said wait this was an issue for back when I had the first oil change. Then she asks the manager, they are going to replace the filter unit. Over all the rep was trying to get everything completed. We did have a difference of opinion when checking out. I like being very detailed in asking questions to verify all has been completed. I wanted to ask the technician some questions to verify all is completed. I want to test the mirror for proper working conditions. Did not get this. Don?t think that?s too much to ask. Over all the Service rep did a good job. However, I did walk away feeling a little uneasy.

Not surprised the Chevrolet Silverado was named #1 Best Truck!! Overall, I highly recommend driving and owning a Silverado! From the way it drives to the technology with safety and convenience features, the Silverado is a solid choice.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

This was our first visit to the Corydon dealership. We were met at the door by Seth Capps who greeted us and continued to help us with looking for a truck. Seth was very knowledgeable about all the trucks we looked at. We also spoke with the General Sales Manager, Keith Lovelace who helped us discuss a disagreement with the cost of our trade-in and we came to an agreeable amount. Decided on a 2022 Silverado and happy with cost out the door. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. The dealership is kept very clean and set up nicely. I would definitely sent people to John Jones in Corydon.

I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.
