I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

I received a very pleasant and informative experience that helped me in my decision making choice for a used vehicle. When my credit is in better shape I will check back with them to see if they have a vehicle of my liking.

Bought used. Did some research on it found out problems with AFM. I installed a tuner and did AFM delete and got rid of the top speed limiter, also set other perimeters to high performance, cold air intake, got rid of vacuum pump for braking and went to intake vacuum for booster did tranny thermostat bypass. also changed intake from 5.3 to 6.2 and changed throttle body. Installed catch can for oil blow by. Installed a throttle control booster, change oil every 3000 miles has 125056 miles got rid of all3 cats and has headers and dual straight pipes. sounds great. hptuners got check engine light off. I have street raced this against Camaros mustangs ect and tear them up. tranny has no issues nor do valves. Have buried the Speedo several times max speed was 152mph going by speedo on tuner display. In a truck ride was smooth handles great. I dog the xxxx out of it and it just takes it. I invite others to race. tag says RUN YOU.

SMH was pretty easy to negotiate with on Dodge Ram 2500 we were not expecting to make the purchase that day, but they worked with us to return the next day to pickup our vehicle. We do have to return for a part that was on back order, and when it arrives I’ll give more feedback on the return for service. Thanks SMH

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

This truck meets all my needs I just love it my wife picked it out for me. It is very clean on the inside well taking care of. The truck really drives well.

I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

Chevy has been in the family for over years. I Love my truck.. I gave a second chance buying Chevrolet. My other vehicle was a Tahoe. And the transmission went out. So I decided to give it a second chance. Guess what my transmission went out on this one two.. Chevrolet should make a recall it's very scare and unsafe when truck just wants to go reverse.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

Love the V8 I have the LTZ with the Z71 off road package and it’s just so smooth. With elegant interior design and the Bose sound system is great!! Worth every penny spent!!!

Service was excellent. Called the dealership inquiring about a 2010 honda civic. The sales representative, Shane Heimberger, put me on hold to verify the car was still available and physically held the keys so it wouldn't be sold while we were on the way to view it. Car was exactly as described, and parked on the side awaiting for me to test drive. Shane, showed us the inspection information and basically told us everything that was wrong with the car. Purchased new a 2020 Chevrolet custom Trail Boss in Satin Steel metallic, it has been great. I just turned 80,000 miles with no issues, it’s been a pleasure to drive, just replaced brakes and tires for the first time at 75,000 miles . I have also purchased new a 86 F-250 and a 01 GMC 1500 which also were great trucks and sold with 190,000 miles on them. This Silverado is my first full size pick up. I'm completely satisfied with my choice. I currently have 58,000 miles on it and I've done nothing but oil changes and one new set of tires. This truck is extremely comfortable with lots of leg room and rides like a dream. I have the Z71 package with 22 inch wheels, bed liner, bed cover, and running boards. The interior is very plush and quiet. It doesn't feel like a truck when you're driving down the street or on the highway. OnStar, remote start, and the touch screen in the dash are some of my favorite features of my Silverado. This is my daily driver and I get compliments on how my truck looks everyday.

Best truck I've ever owned. Great power...good fule economy on highways. comfortable and roomy great bose sound system No over dramatic fanciness but practicality. I like the design and added features such as a sliding rear window power outlets inside and in the bed. 20k miles on her so...maybe too soon to tell?
