I bought a used 2015 Yukon from them with 40K miles. On the way home, I saw that he right taillight was not working. This is a $750 part. I drove back to the dealer, they pulled the car inside and said that they'd have to order it but "no charge". I came back a week later and they installed it for free. I had bought the car with no warranty but they still made it right.

Upon arriving I was greeted by a service person. He was less than personable and seemed like I was bothering him when I approached. I was told to wait and he would be with me in a moment. Another service person came back to their desk and asked if I needed help. She was very friendly and the opposite of the first person. She couldn't have been more helpful and was a pleasure to talk to. I believe her name was Kris? She definitely turned my opinion around after helping me. I would have given a pretty sour review before she stepped in and assisted me. Based on my experience dealing with her this review went from a 2 to a 5.

I went to Chevy wahlberg and the representative Chad was excellent!!!! I came in and told him exactly what was going on with me and the idea car that I wanted and he delivered ! He was very patient , kind and friendly and made me feel very comfortable to speak with him ! I appreciate him and the Chevy working with me and getting me into a 2025 Chevy Malibu ! My dream car !
