I'm always pleased with Mossy, but this time they went beyond all expectations. The issues I had with my vehicle was very challenging, but Mossy never gave up (a BIG THANKS to Jeff, he's the man). Mossy called in a GM engineer.....WOW. Problem solved! I tell you this dealership treat their customers like family.

Curtis Gasper was super nice and easy to deal with and didn?t pressure me. I got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. Kirk Dominique in Finance was also super nice and did not pressure me to purchase add ons that I didn?t want, and he negotiated well on the ones I did want. It was worth the hour drive.

My experience with Matt Bowers Chevrolet (Slidell) was very positive. The salesman that took care of me (Ed) was very easy to work with and was exceptional in knowledge of his inventory. After looking at tons of vehicles in inventory. I selected an awesome truck. We then came to an amicable agreement on the final cost. My overall experience was a 5 out of 5. The customer service was awesome! All my questions and concerns were satisfied! The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming! The waiting area was clean and cozy! And the coffee and refreshments area was a plus! I trust the services that were provided. They provided me with a ride to a nearby restaurant to eat lunch and pick me back up! That was awesome ?
