New and used 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 trucks for sale near Jonesboro, GA

Was in town for my sons lacrosse tournament when our 2022 Equinox broke down. Limped it over to your dealership at 7:30 in the morning to hopefully get an idea what was wrong. I was not expecting any miracles especially without a appointment as a matter of fact I figured I would be stuck there a few days until they could get to it. GET THIS...Bryon Steinke(employee of the month) greeted me and listened to my problem even though he was backed up with customers as far as the eye could see. Took my car and said lets see what we can do. Had me out of there in less than an hour, WAIT...it gets better. He called me Monday morning to see if me and my family got home safely!!!! Who is this guy and where did you find him because there is nobody in customer service like him any more!!! Can't say "thank you" enough times for what he did for us, that is a great employee you have there and you are a great dealership!!

I absolutely loved the service that my family and I received from Riley. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about all that he spoke to us on and we felt very comfortable with working with him. My husband and I have been looking for a vehicle for the past seven months. Ginn Chevrolet had the exact vehicle that I wanted on their lot. They sold that vehicle the day that I found it. Ginn Chevrolet found me the same vehicle and within a week I was picking it up and taking it home. We worked with Deon Gibbs who was very friendly, outgoing, and answered every question we had. The finance gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly as well and explained all the paperwork. We also talked to the General Manager while we were there. It was a very pleasant experience working with Ginn Chevrolet. I highly recommend this no pressure dealership if you are looking for a vehicle. They go above and beyond and put you in the vehicle that you want and that fits your budget. They are straight forward and made this an easy process.

Giving thanks to the staff, they assisted with identifying the issues and gave alternatives for financing payment. Do to circumstances out of their control wish repair cost was more reasonable...overall pleased with service.
