First of all thank you for making the buying process easy. Also, we felt like we was treated more then fair on the price of our 2024 Trax RS. The other thing we really enjoyed was the fact our deal started at MSRP not an inflated bump price. Secondly, they shopped around and got us a very fair interest rate based on the market and our finance guy Joey Carter was awesome and really looked out for our investment with a 7 yr 120k mile bumper to bumper service contract. Our experience was smooth and fat. Living an hour and a half away, we didn't want to waste a trip if they couldn't value our trade at what we expected. Logan Plumley worked everything out via phone to our liking before we even visited them. Trade value, financing, etc. When we arrived, truck was clean and ready to test drive and all paper work prepped. Once we test drove & loved the truck all we had to do was sign the documents that were ready. This was the quickest, smoothest vehicle buying we have ever experienced.
