This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

A few years ago, I brought my 2011 Avalanche to Criswell (not purchased through them) for major service, and I was so impressed by the people, that I promised that I would purchase my next truck with them. This past weekend, I met Chris Morgan and Jason on a late Sunday afternoon to just 'research' a new truck. Chris was very pleasant and a joy to work with, as he took me to the 'back' to show me a BEAUTIFUL Chevy Colorado in the new Radiant Red color scheme. As Chris and I took the test drive we got to know each other a little better as he told me about the new features in the truck and potential add-ons I could get to make the truck even more badass (my word - not Chris'). I have visited this Carmax location several times over the years, but I?ve never actually bought from them. I appreciate their selection and no pressure process. If you prefer used cars like I do, it?s great to go to a Carmax and compare several makes and models in one place and get your trade appraised. This time around I worked with Harold Speights, who did a great job of finding the cars I was looking for. This is harder than it sounds - the cars don?t always get parked where they belong after a test drive, especially on a busy day, so he had to do a lot of walking around. We ended up unable to find the exact vehicles listed online, which is the reason this Carmax doesn?t get 5 stars. But Harold got me into the right things to try out. Once I narrowed down my interests after a few drives at a few different places, he texted me some stock numbers of cars at several Carmax locations with free transfers. I ended up preferring a different vehicle from a different dealer, but that?s not a knock on Carmax or Harold. Having the written appraisal in hand helped me get a better deal. If you are shopping for a used car, Carmax is a great place to go. Only thing I?d change is that Carmax could do a better job tracking where the vehicles are on the lot.

I have had fords, GMC s, and Chevy trucks my whole life. I have to say that my 2019 6.0 Chevy 2500hd is the best truck that I have ever owned. I actually get a smile on my face every time I drive it. I like the way the interior is laid out. I love the room that it has in it. The electronics aren't over whelming in it. And it's so nice to drive. Now the fuel mileage is not the best. I drive my truck back and forth to work everyday and it's all highway and I'm averaging 15-17 mpg. But I drive it 70-80 mph. So if I slowed down it would, I'm sure do a little better than that. But the truck does everything that I need it to do really well. I pull our camper with it. I use it to get Hay for our cows. I haul cows and horses to and from auctions and shows. I love my truck and I will have it for years to come.

I bought a used car from Sheehy Nissan. I found the car online, let them know I was interested, and it was pulled up front when we arrived. We very quickly were helped by Mario, who helped us "kick the tires", so to speak, and do a test drive. The car was what we expected and we had financing already sorted, so everything else went smoothly - perhaps a bit longer than I would've liked, but we were still in and out in a couple of hours.

I have the base model WT regular cab long bed gas burner. Yes, I know gas. But, I don't do enough for a diesel and I also like real trucks so 1/2tons do not suit me. I've had 1/2tons before I always break them by pushing their towing capacity and so far the 2013 Chevrolet 2500HD gas hasn't failed me or left me on the side of the road its a great truck even drove it through water that came half way up the headlights no issues "key is don't let off the gas" It's also a tough truck side swapped a tree mudding got a little dent out of it and somebody side swap me when I first got it hardly any damage its been rear ended 18times luckily my hitch is still good 11 of thoughs vehicles were totalled also rear bumper is still solid and firmly attached. I've pushed tree's over with it even pulled contractors van that was buried in the sand out. Manual 4x4 works great. I like real trucks and this is a real truck and real trucks are not ment to get good mpg mine averages between 8mpg city and 15mpg highway and 10mpg when I'm hauling.

This truck looks sharp. More importantly it has power to pull your trailer. It sits high and goes through the Michigan snow & ice with ease. You will look great & feel good knowing the Silverado 2500 will not leave you stranded. I’ve owned Tahoe’s for the past 15 years just bought my first Silverado 2500 with a matching topper. It cost less then a Tahoe and does MORE. Jump in men & ladies you will love it.

1st off Tyson was great, dealing with me and my step-dad who was a bit of a thorn in their side. I live an hour away and even though he was busy when I got there he made time for us, yes we had to wait but I knew when we got there he was possibly going to be busy. I was disappointed that my car had what I call a dummy key, no fob or anything to get into it which has proved to be a pain in the butt, and the fact I only got 1 key, being a used car, I realize this can happen but I'm worried about losing it. Being a single mom buying a key with a fob and getting it coded is an extra expense I don't want to take on. When we left they were going to contact us to set up a time to get the car pre-certified so I can get the 10year 100,000 Mile warranty and we haven't heard back yet. But it hasn't been a week. All the staff was super nice and I didn't feel uncomfortable there which for me is a huge deal.

I found myself looking for a new car after mine was deemed a total loss. I went to several dealerships looking for my next car and actually ended up here to look at a few used cars. After walking around and seeing price points etc I started to be drawn to a new Jetta. Bill and Mitch were excellent sales people as both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Also something I really appreciated about this place is they dont harass you with calls etc after leaving. I was shopping for a very specific Corvette convertible and found a 2006 available at South Street Autos. Since I am from central New Jersey and was facing a 3 hour 25 minute drive to Maryland(according to Mapquest), each way, I called hoping to get some information about the car that was not listed on the website. Wayne was extremely helpful and courteous on the phone, answering all my questions. Most cars look great on the internet and then you get there and it's not what you expected or hoped for. Wayne and John were totally upfront and honest about the car. They were very understanding of how far away I was and were kind enough to pre-negotiate the price on the phone (most dealers would not do this) and provide me with an "out the door" price so that all I had to do was make the drive there and hope it was everything they said it was. Well, I made the trip and it was as beautiful in person as it looked online and was EXACTLY as they had described it. Because we worked out a price that was fair to everyone and the car was what I was "sold" on the phone, I bought the car on the spot and am thrilled with my purchase and the quality of the car. I would definitely make the 6-7 hour round trip again to buy a car from them, it was well worth it! Thank you for your honesty and fairness!

Its a great truck don't get me wrong. There is plenty of power, but I kind of regret not getting something newer. The truck is very dated interior wise.

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

Take my 94 Corvette there for service. The car is a show car and has taken multiple trophies. I'm extremely particular who works on it. Jeremy Alasin, the service writer, goes above and beyond to ensure that my car is serviced correctly and professionally every time. So much so that I won't take it anywhere else.

Truck looks and runs like a dream. Of course, I only have 2,000 miles on it. If this truck gives me 150000 miles without anything major then it’s a win, win. I have a good feeling about it. Time will tell.

It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

The only reason I gave overall a 5 star is there was a manager that got a little nasty and cussed at one of their employees (a very young man) ; which was unprofessional to do in front of a customer. The employee that was helping me, I could tell he was on edge and uneasy, I'm assuming due to the manager who was clearly creating tension in the shop. *may not have been manager, however he was the only employee not wearing the shop tech shirt and was wearing button up shirt and dress pants.

It was such a pleasure to buy from them. They have me the highest trade in over everyone else. The buying process was smooth and quick. Definitely will be buying from them in the future.
