I was looking at getting a new vehicle and wanted something big and powerful! I hadn't owned a diesel truck before so I was clueless on what would be a good fit for me. Jeff was so helpful! He took the time to go over the ins and outs of every brand and what they had to offer. He answered so many questions I had and even while I couldn't decide which one I gave him a call on his personal phone and took the time to really narrow it down. I am always skeptical purchasing from a dealership but I knew that buying from him was definitely the right choice and he really made me feel like a friend and not just some sucker that would get taken advantage of. If your looking for a diesel in Hampton Roads this is the place. Most dealerships have one maybe two. They have a WHOLE lot full of trucks and there is no way u come out of there without finding one that fits what ur looking for. Both in price and style/model. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Jason and he gave me the run down on all the trucks there in my price range. Looked at a few, took a test drive, and was out the door within an hour as happy as can be. BONUS: my wife discovered there was an issue with the sunroof. Jason made sure it would be fixed (in writing) prior to purchasing. I also got feel that if you go there for a vehicle and find anything wrong they would do the same thing. I have the base model WT regular cab long bed gas burner. Yes, I know gas. But, I don't do enough for a diesel and I also like real trucks so 1/2tons do not suit me. I've had 1/2tons before I always break them by pushing their towing capacity and so far the 2013 Chevrolet 2500HD gas hasn't failed me or left me on the side of the road its a great truck even drove it through water that came half way up the headlights no issues "key is don't let off the gas" It's also a tough truck side swapped a tree mudding got a little dent out of it and somebody side swap me when I first got it hardly any damage its been rear ended 18times luckily my hitch is still good 11 of thoughs vehicles were totalled also rear bumper is still solid and firmly attached. I've pushed tree's over with it even pulled contractors van that was buried in the sand out. Manual 4x4 works great. I like real trucks and this is a real truck and real trucks are not ment to get good mpg mine averages between 8mpg city and 15mpg highway and 10mpg when I'm hauling.

He delivers not-so-good news like warm rain. We, as consumers, get so caught up in believing that we can ask for anything with the expectation that we are going to get it because WE ARE THE CUSTOMER. Some things are indeed out of a salesmen control. Some things may even be out of the control of the dealership and the General Motors Corporation itself, but David remained honest even when things could not go my way. He does so with class, and I admire that. Wherever he works, wherever he is selling automobiles, I WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM DAVID. If he is selling Toyota, then I will buy a Tundra. If he is selling Dodge, then I will buy a RAM. If he is selling Ford, then I will buy the F series truck. Why, because David has taken the time to know what I need and what I like. That means something to me. I am certain that if David is selling it, then I will surely want to buy it! I especially like the way he trained his young apprentice (I can?t remember his name), but this young man called my wife and I twice during our 7-hr. drive home to ensure that we were traveling ok. It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

This truck was everything I was looking for and meets all my needs. An excellent vehicle with low mileage and was very well taken care of. I enjoy owning this truck

Test drive performed on 2010 Fusion SEL. Noise coming from idling and noisy engine were noted during diagnostic test. Several things needed done asap. young lady booked appt. for 0730am Mr. Johnathan Brown wrote it up. Service mgr. Mr. Frank, got his service tech to To evaluate, determine severals items which needing my immediate action. Further more awaiting parts to complete the job this week is still pending. Personally would highly recommend Beach Ford because of their swift actions and attention to detail from each of those gentlemen that assisted my wife and I during our visit there. I had a appointment schedule they were slow to get started and the young lady to check me out took forever. She wasn't sure of what she was doing. Not really friendly.

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.
