If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

Truck looks and runs like a dream. Of course, I only have 2,000 miles on it. If this truck gives me 150000 miles without anything major then it’s a win, win. I have a good feeling about it. Time will tell.

everything went well. truck was repaired and runs well. tech found the thermostat was faulty and replaced it. I was charged $620, it seemed high to me.

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

Purchased my 2002 extended cab 4 x 4 2500 HD new in 2002, it now has just over 200,000 miles and has the 8.1 L gas motor I’ve never even had to put brakes on it i.e. absolutely love this truck are use mobile one synthetic oil and it’s never giving me any trouble, if I had it to do over again the only thing I would do different is purchase a crew cab instead of the extended cab this is definitely the best I have ever owned and I have been the owner of many As I am 74 years young

For the most part we do like this truck. It tows our 31’ TT wonderfully. One major problem the transmission went at 68000 miles last month 6/14. Also the factory warranty expired in January along with the extended warranty that we never should have bought. Rip off for sure. We never needed it. So angry. The estimate was 7000$! And then when the transmission goes you have to replace the radiator another 1500$! We did get it repaired with everything done for 6900$. Chevy did help out some as well as the dealership. But I’m still angry that it went with low mileage and I will never ever get sucked in again on an extended warranty

I do wish the front seat would recline but that chan be changed .lock system a bit noisy but works goodhavent had lo g so well see how it dies this summer

It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

Visited Raymond Chevrolet on 10/10/25 after texting with Blake. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Drew and he seemed to immediately know exactly why I was there. Pulled the car around that I wanted to look at and off we went on a test drive. Drew had more of a consultative approach rather than a high pressure approach which was definitely appreciated. The car drove great, yet my hopes weren’t high due to the fact that I have bad credit because of some stupid mistakes I made when I was young and haven’t spent the time/effort to repair yet. After a quick discussion with Drew upon our arrival back at the dealership, Jerry, the Used Car General Manager, came over to sit with me and he answered every single question I had written down (and there were around 15 of them!). At this point, they already knew my credit situation since I made them aware pretty early on. Instead of just going through the motions, EVERY single employee at Raymond Chevrolet took the time to make sure my questions were answered and ensure I had a great experience and I never felt less than or judged because of my credit situation. After Jerry answered all my questions, I wanted the car! I had previously been denied for an auto loan through a local credit union (even with offering a higher down payment than I did at the dealership). It didn’t take long at all and after a very short wait Jerry came over and approached me with his thumbs up, “we got you approved.” I was literally shocked….Sure, I didn’t get the best interest rate possible, but with my credit, simply getting an approval at all was amazing. At this time it was around 9:30 PM and the dealership closes at 9:00 PM. If there was an employee that was needed to make this happen for me that night, they hung tight and worked late to make sure I was taken care of. I want to give a special shout out to Janelle, the Customer Experience Manager. Janelle walked me through some very important Tesla specific topics and was very patient with me. The entire time I felt like I was being HELPED, not SOLD. Any “add-ons” were throughly explained and literally each one made sense with my situation (kids, first time Tesla owner, Chicago winters, etc.)… They offered me what I really needed, not just what they could make extra money on. Janelle made sure that I was clear on everything and then I wrapped up the process with the Sales Manager Cooper. Cooper made the signing process extremely easy and went above and beyond to make sure that what needed to get done, got done that night regardless of the time or any obstacles we encountered. At this point, I was extremely happy with my experience & it was time to head out at which time Jerry (manager) and Drew (sales person) escorted me from Antioch to Pleasant Prairie just so that I could take the vehicle home THAT NIGHT. Keep in mind, by the time we arrived in Pleasant Prairie, WI, it was at least 1:30 AM. My plan was to check out a vehicle so that I could then go look for a co-signor because I didn’t think I stood a chance of getting an approval; however, the folks at Raymond Chevrolet made it possible for me to make ONE trip to the dealership, purchase the vehicle ai wanted AND take it home that same day… All while going above an beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and having a great experience which I 100% did. IF YOU ARE AFRAID THAT YOUR CREDIT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM BUYING A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP, I URGE YOU TO VISIT MY NEW FRIENDS AT RAYMOND CHEVROLET AND JUST GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO DO WHAT MANY PLACES JUST AREN’T ABLE TO - ON MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS (non-judgement environment, friendly and extremely helpful staff and even the ability to obtain an approval for financing for someone with POOR credit). Every aspect of the experience was on point and I highly recommend visiting Raymond Chevrolet if you’re in the market for a new vehicle and you want to avoid the high pressure sales tactics that we see too often at dealerships! Worked with Matt to test drive a Gladiator I had researched online, I had a few moving parts in my deal I was working through. He was patience was appreciated, ZERO pressure!! I met Abs, to talk through what I was looking to trade, etc. he was transparent and open with what he could do to help me with my purchase. He’s a solid young man!! When I took delivery working with “Dan the finance man”, offered alternatives BETTER, than what I was planning to bring to the table, the process was effortless.
