I had one of the most fantastic car- buying experiences at West Herr !!!! All because of my salesman Ray, his sales team and management. The environment was so fun and relax!! They worked hard every step of the way and took the time to listen to me with my wants & needs. They definitely tried their hardest to get me in a vehicle for the price point. I could afford but also having everything I needed and wanted. They even picked out my vehicle, before I even looked at any. I love it so much! I never would have thought I would have a red vehicle, but I do and Love it!! We really did have a blast going there, I did not feel like I was just another sale there. I felt like we were all friends. But also having professionalism, patience, and knowledge of the vehicle(s). For the most part we do like this truck. It tows our 31’ TT wonderfully. One major problem the transmission went at 68000 miles last month 6/14. Also the factory warranty expired in January along with the extended warranty that we never should have bought. Rip off for sure. We never needed it. So angry. The estimate was 7000$! And then when the transmission goes you have to replace the radiator another 1500$! We did get it repaired with everything done for 6900$. Chevy did help out some as well as the dealership. But I’m still angry that it went with low mileage and I will never ever get sucked in again on an extended warranty

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

I was in the market for a used Mazda 6 and Cortland Chrysler happened to have one available. We arrived on a rainy Saturday and were met by Chris Henry. Chris pulled the car into the service area and was patient while I went over it thoroughly. I decided to buy the car and everything went smoothly, with open and honest information on the car and purchase process. Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

Starting with the original phone call Thomas Fox. Joe Mooney and Ed Kish were great, Had the vehicle we were interested in sanitized and ready for us to drive. Very professional and personable. The only issue we had is that the vehicle could have been detailed better.

Truck looks and runs like a dream. Of course, I only have 2,000 miles on it. If this truck gives me 150000 miles without anything major then it’s a win, win. I have a good feeling about it. Time will tell.

I have had fords, GMC s, and Chevy trucks my whole life. I have to say that my 2019 6.0 Chevy 2500hd is the best truck that I have ever owned. I actually get a smile on my face every time I drive it. I like the way the interior is laid out. I love the room that it has in it. The electronics aren't over whelming in it. And it's so nice to drive. Now the fuel mileage is not the best. I drive my truck back and forth to work everyday and it's all highway and I'm averaging 15-17 mpg. But I drive it 70-80 mph. So if I slowed down it would, I'm sure do a little better than that. But the truck does everything that I need it to do really well. I pull our camper with it. I use it to get Hay for our cows. I haul cows and horses to and from auctions and shows. I love my truck and I will have it for years to come.
