Jason Schaffer was a great salesman and very knowledgeable about the various models and trim packages found on all of the Silverado's we test drove and had a chance to look at. He was also easy to talk to and honest without any of the typical games most others play. Financing was great as well to find the option and warranties that worked best for my situation. I never felt pressured at any step of the way and enjoyed my experience.

It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

I have been looking off and on for a Tahoe for about 8-9 months. I kept looking online and noticed you had a couple on your lot. I was going back and forth from the Premier and RST. Ian Gustin ( sales consultant ) took me out to test drive both of them. In the end, the RST was the one I ended up going with. Ian was very patient with me, went over the features of both vehicles and explained everything to me. I'd definitely refer him to anyone looking for a vehicle at Pohanka Chevrolet.

For the most part we do like this truck. It tows our 31’ TT wonderfully. One major problem the transmission went at 68000 miles last month 6/14. Also the factory warranty expired in January along with the extended warranty that we never should have bought. Rip off for sure. We never needed it. So angry. The estimate was 7000$! And then when the transmission goes you have to replace the radiator another 1500$! We did get it repaired with everything done for 6900$. Chevy did help out some as well as the dealership. But I’m still angry that it went with low mileage and I will never ever get sucked in again on an extended warranty

This vehicle is very comfortable. It has the memory seats which makes it nice because both my husband and I will be driving it. It also has the petals which extend for us short people.

I have the base model WT regular cab long bed gas burner. Yes, I know gas. But, I don't do enough for a diesel and I also like real trucks so 1/2tons do not suit me. I've had 1/2tons before I always break them by pushing their towing capacity and so far the 2013 Chevrolet 2500HD gas hasn't failed me or left me on the side of the road its a great truck even drove it through water that came half way up the headlights no issues "key is don't let off the gas" It's also a tough truck side swapped a tree mudding got a little dent out of it and somebody side swap me when I first got it hardly any damage its been rear ended 18times luckily my hitch is still good 11 of thoughs vehicles were totalled also rear bumper is still solid and firmly attached. I've pushed tree's over with it even pulled contractors van that was buried in the sand out. Manual 4x4 works great. I like real trucks and this is a real truck and real trucks are not ment to get good mpg mine averages between 8mpg city and 15mpg highway and 10mpg when I'm hauling.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. This truck has more options or as they sat bells and whistles then most luxury cars. No regrets with a cgevy. By far the best trucks I have ownef.

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.
