He walked me through the whole vehicle, and sat with me while I set up my on star. Matt in finance was also wonderful. He had me in and out of his office in around 10 minutes. Definitely recommend these two guys.

Truck looks and runs like a dream. Of course, I only have 2,000 miles on it. If this truck gives me 150000 miles without anything major then it’s a win, win. I have a good feeling about it. Time will tell.

After my vehicle was struck and totalled I began looking for a car. After numerous dealerships poor attitude and turning me away, I stumbled across this dealership. Since I just happened to be in the area I contacted them and set up and appointment. Immediately they welcomed me and I felt like they were truly there to help me. I wasn’t a number or just commission, I was somebody that was treated as if I was important. They helped me find several options and thanks to them I left with my first brand new car that I really love. After two weeks of having the car, they contacted me just to make sure that I had no issues. This is how car buying experiences should be.

I had the most pleasant experience today working with Selena. We met at 11am and after her firm handshake, within 30 seconds we bonded and I knew then I was at the right dealership. On the test drive we yakked like we'd known each all our lives. Everything went quickly and flawlessly. Juan was the nicest finance guy I've ever had and I've bought a lot of new vehicles in my 70+ years. I believe everyone that worked at Cherokee Co Nissan smiled and spoke to us while we were there. If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

A lot of the times, the car purchasing process can be dreadful. I am more than grateful to say this time was not one of those! I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. I mostly appreciate the honesty and transparency of all the staff there. I will gladly give this deanship future business.

Oakes Kia had a 2024 Mustang GT with all the options I was looking for. I have been in automotive sales and sales management for 6 years. So I am incredibly critical when on this side of the transaction. That being said this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and its not even close. Blake Reynolds was my salesperson and he was amazing. Responded to all my questions promptly and with enthusiasm. Sent me a great video of the car before my arrival. Had it cleaned and full of gas when I got there. He had me geniuinely excited to do business with them. Blake and his manager Christian were very transparent and fair during negotiations. I geniunely feel like I got a great deal. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol. It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

The services provided were good. The online transaction was not completed due to not receiving the final numbers and purchase order online. The salesman was good in communication, but the sales manager failed to provide the final price with the purchase order.

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

Yes I highly recommend them I tried to give chenoweth Ford another chance after not being as happy as I felt like I should’ve with the two new vehicles we purchased from them & they insulted me with their offer. I called Sara at toothman and she got me an offer I am pleased with. Do not deal with chenoweth learn from my mistakes and I’d give toothman 10 stars if possible.
