It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. Love the extras like cooling seats and exhaust breakn ever been happier with a truck. I am sure I can haul a living quarters 3 horse gn with it

Made appointment online for my diesel truck for emissions warning light. I pulled in for my appointment and was told they don?t have anyone available to work on a diesel for at least a week. ( I live a 100 miles away and I made an appointment) i did end up going home (100 miles) and coming back the next day and drop the truck off. (I was not happy about driving it another 200 miles not knowing if it would cause more damage.) I started working with the service tech Eric and Corey came out of his office and was fantastic. He had Eric check the codes and advise me of what could happen driving it home and back. It was inconvenient but they got my diesel fixed. I picked up my diesel and dropped my 1500 off for repairs and then had recalls done on my Tahoe.

I have the base model WT regular cab long bed gas burner. Yes, I know gas. But, I don't do enough for a diesel and I also like real trucks so 1/2tons do not suit me. I've had 1/2tons before I always break them by pushing their towing capacity and so far the 2013 Chevrolet 2500HD gas hasn't failed me or left me on the side of the road its a great truck even drove it through water that came half way up the headlights no issues "key is don't let off the gas" It's also a tough truck side swapped a tree mudding got a little dent out of it and somebody side swap me when I first got it hardly any damage its been rear ended 18times luckily my hitch is still good 11 of thoughs vehicles were totalled also rear bumper is still solid and firmly attached. I've pushed tree's over with it even pulled contractors van that was buried in the sand out. Manual 4x4 works great. I like real trucks and this is a real truck and real trucks are not ment to get good mpg mine averages between 8mpg city and 15mpg highway and 10mpg when I'm hauling.

I'm revising my review. I bought a very nice mustang GT Premium from Rav. I'm out of state so getting things done i thought would be near impossible after sale. Well the car had body work that was done before sale. Some issues came up with work done. I sent a review of Rav. They read it that day and by next morning I had a call from owner that they would take care of the body work. In this day and age, that's rare. Especially a smaller dealer. I really appreciate him calling and fixing. I have to get it there but they will fix. Estimate was 5000 here. Thanks Rav for responding and standing up for what you sell. Will be customer in future! For the most part we do like this truck. It tows our 31’ TT wonderfully. One major problem the transmission went at 68000 miles last month 6/14. Also the factory warranty expired in January along with the extended warranty that we never should have bought. Rip off for sure. We never needed it. So angry. The estimate was 7000$! And then when the transmission goes you have to replace the radiator another 1500$! We did get it repaired with everything done for 6900$. Chevy did help out some as well as the dealership. But I’m still angry that it went with low mileage and I will never ever get sucked in again on an extended warranty

Tons of leg room in front and back. Under seat storage great for tools. Comfortable and great value. Would definitely recommend for anyone I know that needs a work truck.

If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

Have owned several 07 classics GMC and Chevy‘s have proven to be the most reliable diesels I’ve ever driven have one with over 400,000 miles on it and still has the original injectors and glow plugs in it

Have bought new Chev trucks all my life (since 1978) but the new RAM was so incredible that the decision to buy the RAM was easy. Plus the dealership experience made it all come together.

You will look great & feel good knowing the Silverado 2500 will not leave you stranded. I’ve owned Tahoe’s for the past 15 years just bought my first Silverado 2500 with a matching topper. It cost less then a Tahoe and does MORE. Jump in men & ladies you will love it.

I had a 2009 Silverado HD 2500. Bought it used with 218,000 miles on it. Gave $6500. I drove this 5 years and bought a 2011 Silverado 2500 with 86,000 miles. I sold the 2009 with 312,000 on it for $6,000. I'll own them forever if all it costs me is $100 a year in purchase price. Never had to do anything to it but put tires on it. Same with this 2011, I have 186,000 on it and it still runs great. All I have had to do is replace the battery and put new tires on it. Both were extended cabs, both white, bots 6.0 V-8, both 8 ft beds. My only complaint about the 2011 is it has that console in the seat that doesn't have a lid on it. That thing is useless when you have to clean it out to open it. I imagine my next one will be a Silverado 2500 HD also. I dont think you can beat them.
