She took the time to thoroughly walk me through the technology package of the truck and new vehicle tutorial. Feels like riding in a luxury car but it has the muscle and capabilities of a heavy duty truck. Best of both worlds. Has a great "cool factor" with it's look and style.

Over 4 hours away and had a breakdown of everything before 8 o?clock the next morning. Easiest experience I?ve had buying a car. Salesperson Hayden was extremely easy to work with.

I bought this truck to pull my 9000 lb travel trailer, which was wearing out a half-ton pickup. The 3500 pulls it very well. Towing mirrors and brake controller are excellent. Where legal I towed with cruise control at 70 mph on I-80 from Cheyenne, WY to the Mississippi River. The truck did not slow or downshift for a hill the entire way. It got 12-15 mpg. There was absolutely no trailer sway, even without an anti-sway hitch. When not towing, the truck averages 23 mpg at 75 mph, with a range of about 600 miles/tankful. You can hear the diesel engine around town but not on the highway. The ride is heavy-duty, as expected, but very comfortable on the highway. The seats are great. The recommended tire pressure is for maximum load. I run 45 psi unloaded without setting off the tire pressure monitor. The truck rides and handles better that way. Anything I don't like? The headlights come on and the radio/GPS switches to night-time display mode in broad daylight depending on sun angle. I can't see the display while wearing dark glasses when it does that. You can't override this behavior. As for reliability I can't say much because I've only driven the truck 20,000 miles. So far, no issues. A major reason I went with GM was the fuel pump. It's worth researching diesel fuel pump lawsuits online.

His communications skills are outstanding and beyond reproach. Also Sam, the sales associate who spent alot of time with this elderly couple, went above and beyond to meet our needs. His product knowledge coupled with his comm. skills made this experience non stressful. And last, but not least, Will, the finance guru, finished the deal professionally and left us totally satisfied with the terms we needed.
