Needed critical electrical work on my 2023 Corvette so I contacted Chad my service rep. As always, he got me into the shop in just a few days. Lee the C8 tech found a short in my truck switch. Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

Service was done fast and efficient. I was told 45-60 minutes and done in 30 minutes. Service man was polite and knowledgeable. I was able to get on with my day quickly!

Just what I wanted now I can see my trailer behind the wide dually fenders. With all the cameras you see around you a lot better.

I highly recommend this dealership. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, a Subaru Crosstrek. Chris Thom went above and beyond throughout the whole experience. I had a good vehicle service visit. I had to have a defective rear view camera replaced and had to leave vehicle overnight while awaiting shipment of new camera. I was kept informed of work progress and had car back next day.

Went in to replace a 2025 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss which was totaled in an accident. Salesman Matt Wright met us at the scheduled time and worked with us, looking at two trucks (a 1500 Trail Boss and 2500HD 4x4). The sale was going to be easy as the insurance had just paid off the totaled truck. Matt spent time showing us both trucks and taking us for test drive in both. Matt was patient as it took me quite some time to decide which truck to purchase. Matt and the entire staff at Auto Nation Gilbert were professional and efficient. After weeks of calling pretty much every Toyota dealership and none of them being able to deliver, we were frustrated. Earnhardt Toyota was our last shot. I put in an inquiry online at 8 AM, and by 8:30, the sales rep called me. Manny really came through — super patient and helpful. He found a car that got delivered to the dealership that same day and made sure everything was ready for us to pick it up. He made sure the paperwork was ready for our arrival , had the car pulled up, and got it prepped for us. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet him in person to thank him since he was off at 3, but he made sure one of his coworkers helped us out. The whole process only took about 1.5 hours, and we drove home in our new ride. Huge thanks to Manny and Curtis (finance) for being patient and making this such a great experience! I really hope Manny gets credit for this sale — he definitely earned it!

To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! Great truck overall! Great styling inside and out. A little disappointed in the fuel mileage when new, but everyone I talk to says it will increase when the motor loosens up. A few minor cosmetic issues but the dealer fixed right away. Hauls my 38 ft gift wheel with ease. Great truck. No complaints.

My truck has a 6.6 turbo diesel and an Allison automatic transmission . From East Tawas Michigan to Cape Canaveral Florida my truck averaged 10.4 miles per gallon. It has an exhaust brake that works wonderful in the hills or mountains the transmission keeps it in the gear it needs to be in it is awesome.
