My 2017 f150, needed a motor, new motor available maybe in July. After rounds with service and a letter to the CEO of the dealership group, the general manager worked out a deal. They bought my F150 back, and now we have a new 2025 Maverick.

Recently had a major problem with the front end of my 2020 Equinox and needed a quick response and repair. Larry Marcus was our sales consultant and Kendra Milan was our Finance Manager on our visit . From the time my wife and I walked in Larry us made feel at ease. Working thru the sales process with Larry was very smooth. We never felt any pressure during the time we were with him. He was very knowledgeable about the Acadia we were looking to purchase. When we were first looking at the vehicle he answered all of our questions. When it was time to leave with our new Acadia he took time to review the features of the vehicle before we left. He helped us set up some of the technology features during that time. Kendra Milan made the financing part of the purchase very easy. She was was very helpful and knowledgable going over all the paperwork necessary to purchase a new vehicle. Like Larry there was no pressure at all while working with Kendra. We were very impressed that we could come in and leave with a new vehicle on the same day. My wife and I agreed that this was one of the best car purchasing experiences we have ever had. I bought this truck to pull my 9000 lb travel trailer, which was wearing out a half-ton pickup. The 3500 pulls it very well. Towing mirrors and brake controller are excellent. Where legal I towed with cruise control at 70 mph on I-80 from Cheyenne, WY to the Mississippi River. The truck did not slow or downshift for a hill the entire way. It got 12-15 mpg. There was absolutely no trailer sway, even without an anti-sway hitch. When not towing, the truck averages 23 mpg at 75 mph, with a range of about 600 miles/tankful. You can hear the diesel engine around town but not on the highway. The ride is heavy-duty, as expected, but very comfortable on the highway. The seats are great. The recommended tire pressure is for maximum load. I run 45 psi unloaded without setting off the tire pressure monitor. The truck rides and handles better that way. Anything I don't like? The headlights come on and the radio/GPS switches to night-time display mode in broad daylight depending on sun angle. I can't see the display while wearing dark glasses when it does that. You can't override this behavior. As for reliability I can't say much because I've only driven the truck 20,000 miles. So far, no issues. A major reason I went with GM was the fuel pump. It's worth researching diesel fuel pump lawsuits online.
