we purchased our 2019 subaru legacy through Marty just a few weeks ago. From the minute we stepped food on their lot and starting talking to Marty we felt very welcomed and not pressured. Marty is an excellent salesman with a ton of experience. I always felt like he had my interest in mind and was willing to help me achieve my goal, which was buying a car. Hands down, I would buy another car from him again. As far as my vehicle goes, this past few days with snow has been excellent to drive with little to no concern over the conditions. Excited to be a subaru owner. we looked at a ton of other vehicles like honda, mercedez, bmw, audi, and we just felt like the features and price couldn't be beat.

Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

With the exception of the black interior, I like everything about the truck. I especially like the step behind the back door to reach into the bed. Great salesman, excellent service.

Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

My truck has a 6.6 turbo diesel and an Allison automatic transmission . From East Tawas Michigan to Cape Canaveral Florida my truck averaged 10.4 miles per gallon. It has an exhaust brake that works wonderful in the hills or mountains the transmission keeps it in the gear it needs to be in it is awesome.

As a woman who has been in Sales for 30 years and has negotiated every car and RV purchase in my life, I am absolutely blown away by how glorious my experience was with Mazda of Everett. Every single deal I have ever done with any dealership anywhere has been fraught with shenanigans. Not this place! I was all set to buy a car elsewhere (that I would have to take time off of work to rent a car to go pick up), but I connected with Cindy Hedden and Jason Peters and all it took were a few emails and a couple of phone calls and texts and I had a car delivered to me (1.5 hours away) within 3 days of our first communication. I should mention that this is also during the great COVID chip shortage crisis when cars are hard to come by, many are going for more than MSRP and dealerships don’t need to work hard. I got a better car than I was negotiating elsewhere, a better price (they are also a Costco-authorized program which I used), significantly better payment terms than anywhere else I checked (a longer term AND a better APR by a .75 point than any loans online, Carvana, CarMax or with ANY of the Washington dealerships! I checked them all). They initially gave me a term .5 better than anywhere else and after I verbally agreed to buy it for those terms called me back and gave me an even lower APR! In 3 days I had my car in my driveway. It was an absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. At every turn Cindy and Jason answered every question immediately and directly and pulled zero funny business. I LOVE these people and I have never met them, but I will sure be stopping by next time I am in the neighborhood. These guys are crazy smart in how they run their business: Be legit, be responsive, have a sense of urgency and make it easy to buy. Instead of all the other dealerships wasting time with the back and forth and trying to pull something over on me, these guys get the deal done, make sure you are happy and then move on to please the next customer. We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership.

The sales guy that helped me out was great (thanks Sal!). I was pretty decided on what I wanted so skipped the whole “finding a car” process. Called in advance and when I got there it was pulled up out front for me to test drive. Sal was friendly and offered water and they had snacks which was great for my 8 year old (it would be cool if there was a TV or some kid legos or magazines or something but not a big deal, he had his tablet). Manager that helped out towards the end of the process was great as well, very helpful and kind. Waited a few days to give a review just to make sure everything went ok, and the car is indeed holding up just fine (2019 jeep compass). There is a small problem with the headlights that I’m sure wouldn’t have been noticed by them (took me three days of driving to notice it myself) where they won’t turn off and fog lights don’t turn on, but for buying a used car that’s to be expected. Reached out about the headlights today to see if there’s anything they would be able to help with, while not obligated to help at all by any means, a different place I bought my last car from was able to help when I experienced tire problems 2 days after buying a car from them, so worth a shot. I’ll update the review on how it goes with the headlight, but so far I’d highly recommend em!
