We recently purchased our daughter’s first car from El Dorado Chevrolet, and it turned what could have been a stressful experience into an exciting and memorable one. It even brought back fond memories of years ago when my own mother worked here and always shared how wonderful the team was. After many hours of learning current market values and contacting many dealerships, Classic Chevrolet in the first phone conversation revealed no fixed or high pressure add ons - that was enough for me. Dealing with Classic Chevrolet was about as straightforward as you can get in dealing with any car dealership. Vehicle was available and as described, no dealer add ons (which seems to be a major issue in Internet pricing), and no high pressure sales. Just the typical unfun price negotiation at the end which I have 100% experienced in my every car buying experience. As a totally different experience, cars.com should deny service to Autosaavy and Car Revolution. One would be insane to attempt a purchase after reading their reviews. They do harm to the Internet buying experience.

Five Star rating. In and out in a short period of time. Stephen Underwood handled all the necessary paper work for the service on my truck in a very timely and professional manner. Great service by both Underwood and the shop crew.

Issues were discovered, approved and completed in a timely manner. Transportation was provided back home and back to dealership to retrieve my vehicle.

From start to finish the process was extremely easy and I was greeted as soon as I pulled into service and when I came and picked up my vehicle was greeted again and was helped getting to where I needed to be to get my paperwork done.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.

Service has always been first class! All service issues that I have had on the three trucks that I have perchased there have always been serviced to my satisfaction. Employees are always courteous and helpful.

Very easy to get appointment. My Service Advisor was great, kept advised to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and clean. They did a great job for me. This is a great dealership and I would higly reccommend this dealership.

Outstanding from start to finish! Brian Prosser helped me with looking and leasing a 2026 Equinox. There was no high pressure tactics or gimmicks. He took his time to show me the vehicle and drive it. On the purchase price, again...no gimmicks or games. Once the price was agreed upon and the trade in valued, the deal was complete. Nico Anwary was the finance advisor we used. We had used Nico before and preferred him to anyone else. He was very straight forward on the leasing price and recommendations of care for the vehicle. No games/gimmicks. He took his time and answered all of my questions/concerns.
