I contacted Christopher over the phone based on his excellent reviews and set up an appointment and from that point forward I was extremely impressed with Christopher's communication, honesty, product knowledge and professionalism. On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. Tony Franks was a wonderful sales person. He was very polite, easy to talk to spending alot of time with us. He was very informative with our questions regarding the Traverse we bought along with the questions we had about the process of buying the vehicle. He also demonstrated how the dashboard operated and answered the questions we had about all of the new computer board which is alot different with our current vehicle. We did not feel pressured and felt very confident with him. When we signed the paperwork with Brian Risk we also felt relaxed and nonpressured. He was very friendly and informative. He also rook the time with us while we decided on our loan and which extended warranty we wanted. This is our 4th vehicle we bought there since 2010 and hope to buy again. Overall our experience with this purchase was efficient with knowledgeable staff that made us feel comfortable.
