This dealership, specifically salesman, Ronnie T, is awesome! I went to see what was available in this crazy time bc my lease was almost up on my equinox (that I got from Ronnie 3 years prior).. Ronnie is honest, not pushy, respectful and funny! We looked over our options, I told him realistically what my budget was vs what I was needing. He knew exactly what to show me and it was a done deal. He and Bob worked the paperwork and I’m in my new Chevy traverse for the next 3 years! Thank you all!

Any sport, task, or vacation this vehicle can handle. I didn't need to plan how our family was going to get somewhere and never had any issues with our Suburban.

Treated like family in a very stressful time when making a purchase of a new truck!! So many questions but with out Wayne and Chris, the process would never have come to a completion! We bought the truck. These 2 employees spent a lot of time answering all our questions and trying to get financing into an understandable format for the family! My wife , Maria, and I bought a 2008 red Saab convertible in early 2020 for Maria. Never had a problem with it to this day. I have a 2008 blue Saab convertible and she wanted one like mine. The people at Auto Empire are terrific even the mechanics. All are very pleasant and courteous. I came on Auto Empire looking to buy an SUV. I would buy from them again.

It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

This car is extremely comfortable, hauls lots of people, powerful enough to pull a camper or boat, great turning radius especially for this size vehicle, adequate power, lots of luxury extras.

My husband and myself went to East Hills looking for a 2022 Equinox our salesman was George. I can't say enough about him, he didn't force us into anything and worked with us to keep in our budget. If you need a new car go to East Hills and ask for George!!!!!!

I always enter a new dealership with hesitation; will they have integrity while conducting sales, or be xxxxxxxx going for the quick buck? East Hills was great to work with: clearly a professional and efficient dealership and Paul Whaley, my salesperson, was incredibly thorough in answering my questions and fully accommodating, but never pushy. Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review). When it's time for my new truck, I'll surely return.

I love my Suburban 2019 Premium. It’s so smooth and rides well. The turn radius is crazy good for a truck. The features with the premium are awesome. Well worth the extra money! Gas mileage is great on Highway and average in the city for a 5.7L truck. I only have 60K miles so far, but I take good care of my stuff. My last Suburban 2005 got me 363K miles.
