I would like to especially recognize my Sales Rep, Jeffrey Jones. He was not sales aggressive, very down to Earth, and made me feel lease nervous. He was honest. Additional he worked with Peter and Sosa, who were also great, to get me into a new car. I left a 5 star rating on Google.

This car is a great addition for our family. Lots of rooms for us with lots of comforts. It will provide us with the space needed as the kids grow.

Most of my dealings were with Chan. He kept me updated throughout the process without putting any pressure on me to buy or not to buy. I finally did purchase a2020 Fiat 124 spider Abarth. The car is everything Chan said it was. Couldn’t be more pleased.

2020 Suburban Premier has all the bells and whistles! We love the comfort and safety of this vehicle. Even the gas mileage is not as "terrible" as we feared it could be, averaging for our driving needs about 18.7 mpg. There are a couple of issues with our particular vehicle that are issues, however... the running boards that are supposed to automatically roll out, don't always! I have gotten underneath and rinsed the joints with WD40 and lubricated them, and it is better, but still not 100%. The second row seats (captain chairs) do not adjust forward and backward. I am a tall fellow (6'3"), so you do not want to sit behind me! That is simply a design/engineering flaw. We are currently having sporadic issues with the tire inflation sensors and they are probably starting to need replacement. Buy a used car, expect some minor repairs! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!

It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

Always get great results from Anchor Subaru. Ease of access to an appointment. A very clean and comfortable waiting area. Snacks if you need them. The advisor will let me know if anything needs to be addressed.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

I love my Suburban 2019 Premium. It’s so smooth and rides well. The turn radius is crazy good for a truck. The features with the premium are awesome. Well worth the extra money! Gas mileage is great on Highway and average in the city for a 5.7L truck. I only have 60K miles so far, but I take good care of my stuff. My last Suburban 2005 got me 363K miles.

I own a 2007 suburban with the 5.3 and flex fuel option. It currently sits at over 300,000 miles (all country roads by me) and it doesn't miss a beat i would not hesitate to drive it anywhere rite now over the last couple years all ive had to replace was the alternator (300,000 plus miles) and tires . I run nothing but E85 in it very comfortable ride when this one does finally say uncle i will buy another hands down

Traded my 2001 suburban in after 20yrs. Had over 200,000 miles and was still in very good condition. No serious problems. Have owned many cars, suv's and pickups in my 60 plus yrs. of driving. The 2001 was easily the best overall. Traded for 2019 suburban LT 4x4. Have it about a yr. and took some getting used to. Both equipped about the same. The 2019 gets better mpg, handles a bit better, has more accessories (many of wich I will never use) absolutely do not care for the cargo area (fold down seats etc.) Live in Ks. and have family in Seattle, Wa.,Baltimore, Twin City, and Texas areas. Don't use third row seating much so the cargo area in the 2001 suited our ease of loading and more space. Occasional use around town but use mainly for long road travel. I think the 2001 had better comfort in the drivers seat,( better lumbar support ) At this point I prefer the 2001, let you know more if the 2019 makes around 200,000 miles or 20yrs.

I went in to get a needed oil change and tire rotation. Was told that they were totally booked. When I mentioned we were from Michigan and leaving tomorrow they worked me in. Super helpful, friendly, and informative. Service rep Ashley and I believe her boss were great and even wished safe travels. Would recommend them to anyone I met.

Own a 2023 z71 and it’s amazing. Great build and very stylish. Smooth ride and lots of compliments here in Utah. Would highly recommend a suburban

I have purchased several vehicles from Paul Masse in the past so I already knew what service level to expect. I was not surprised when they exceeded my expectations this time. Our sales person, Josh, had done his homework prior to my arrival. There were a few trucks waiting for me when I arrived. Josh did a great job of explaining the differences between the two and I quickly decided on the one I wanted. I received a great offer on my old truck and we sealed the deal that day! I came to pick up my new Silverado a few days later and all of electronics were preset just the way I wanted. I really appreciate his knowledge of the vehicle. I left feeling 100% satisfied. OK, so I have owned 2 previous suburbans (2002 & 2013), so the 25 is an amazing upgrade to both of these! First of all, we do a lot of highway miles and the ride is simply amazing! It rides more like a luxury sedan than a truck. Since this is our primary vacation vehicle, we were careful to order 18 inch wheels, as they have a much smoother ride versus the larger ones. I also love all of the new cameras, which is a big help in tight situations. Also, the adaptive cruise control and lane assist make long road trips easier and safer as well. I also love the new exterior design features, particularly the front grill and the aerodynamic wings on either side of the rear window. I'm a bit surprised that those small design features have really updated and enhanced the look so much. The only real disappointment, so far, is the owners manual was really poorly done. Information is difficult to find, nonexistent and they even neglected to put in the required scheduled maintenance requirements (what were they thinking?). Overall, our first impressions on this vehicle have been superb and I would definitely recommend it to others who need a large family/vacation vehicle!

This car has meet all of our needs from room abs plenty of space for our family. We love how it rides and is very easy to get around considering the size of the vehicle. We absolutely love it

Great car for someone who is bigger and taller than the average person, comfortable, fast, and with super cruise she pretty much drives herself. Well worth the money for American quality and craftsmanship. Support the united auto workers union UAW
