OK, so I have owned 2 previous suburbans (2002 & 2013), so the 25 is an amazing upgrade to both of these! First of all, we do a lot of highway miles and the ride is simply amazing! It rides more like a luxury sedan than a truck. Since this is our primary vacation vehicle, we were careful to order 18 inch wheels, as they have a much smoother ride versus the larger ones. I also love all of the new cameras, which is a big help in tight situations. Also, the adaptive cruise control and lane assist make long road trips easier and safer as well. I also love the new exterior design features, particularly the front grill and the aerodynamic wings on either side of the rear window. I'm a bit surprised that those small design features have really updated and enhanced the look so much. The only real disappointment, so far, is the owners manual was really poorly done. Information is difficult to find, nonexistent and they even neglected to put in the required scheduled maintenance requirements (what were they thinking?). Overall, our first impressions on this vehicle have been superb and I would definitely recommend it to others who need a large family/vacation vehicle!

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

WOW! What a GREAT experience! I took my sweet time finding the right vehicle in the right color and I mean, I took my sweet time. My salesman, Emilio was patient, not pushy, never seemed to get annoyed with my back and forth decisions or that I made him wait a looooong time to pull my credit. He was just a joy to work with the entire process. In addition, when he was away from me, other employees asked if I needed water or anything while I waited. Everyone was super nice! The final process of purchasing with finance was also pretty amazing. Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.

Love this vehicle. Adaptive cruise is great on trips, the adaptive air ride suspension is incredible. Fit and finish is great. The 6.2L has great performance. Seats are firm and very comfortable. The 10 speed trans handles the power well and is very smooth.

Went in to replace a 2025 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss which was totaled in an accident. Salesman Matt Wright met us at the scheduled time and worked with us, looking at two trucks (a 1500 Trail Boss and 2500HD 4x4). The sale was going to be easy as the insurance had just paid off the totaled truck. Matt spent time showing us both trucks and taking us for test drive in both. This is my 3 rd suburban in 20 years. Still have the 2002 model. I purchased a2021 SRT trim line. It is very well appointed vehicle with all the creature comforts one would need. Seats are my only gripe for a 6 ft 2 inch 230 lb driver. Seat bottom is short, not supporting entire thigh, firm and not plush, narrow back and seat. I have bot driven more than 500 miles in 4 weeks since I got it.

This is the best value in a significant passenger SUV and a truck. It drives well, rides well, has significant cargo space and pulling power and also is comfortable for cross country trips. I consider it the Best SUV available.
