I love my 2001 Suburban and wouldn’t trade it for any other vehicle. It is so spacious and comfortable not to mention how quiet it is. The barn doors?! Get out! They are the best! The engine is strong and handles well in the mountains. Even with 281,652 miles on it we have few problems. We’ve had to replace the transmission, starter, fuel pump… but that’s to be expected. My parents have a 2020 Suburban and I’d choose the 2001 over it every time. Just a great vehicle to own.

Except for not getting the tpms reset its OK rig. Chevy cannot figure out tpms problem make sure gas cap is tight or u get emissions lite

Did not feel pressured to make a decision and appreciate that I was not pressed to purchase any extras or added warranties, etc. Once we made the decision to purchase, the time with the finance manager was pleasant and relaxed. OK, so I have owned 2 previous suburbans (2002 & 2013), so the 25 is an amazing upgrade to both of these! First of all, we do a lot of highway miles and the ride is simply amazing! It rides more like a luxury sedan than a truck. Since this is our primary vacation vehicle, we were careful to order 18 inch wheels, as they have a much smoother ride versus the larger ones. I also love all of the new cameras, which is a big help in tight situations. Also, the adaptive cruise control and lane assist make long road trips easier and safer as well. I also love the new exterior design features, particularly the front grill and the aerodynamic wings on either side of the rear window. I'm a bit surprised that those small design features have really updated and enhanced the look so much. The only real disappointment, so far, is the owners manual was really poorly done. Information is difficult to find, nonexistent and they even neglected to put in the required scheduled maintenance requirements (what were they thinking?). Overall, our first impressions on this vehicle have been superb and I would definitely recommend it to others who need a large family/vacation vehicle!

This car is extremely comfortable, hauls lots of people, powerful enough to pull a camper or boat, great turning radius especially for this size vehicle, adequate power, lots of luxury extras.

Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon. Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

I was looking for a Ford C-max w/good price & low miles. They have 'repairable' cars. This car had very low miles and I can spare parts in their Salvage department. I believe that I can fix the dents with the salvage parts and be humming along for a few $1000 less than other dealers.

2020 Suburban Premier has all the bells and whistles! We love the comfort and safety of this vehicle. Even the gas mileage is not as "terrible" as we feared it could be, averaging for our driving needs about 18.7 mpg. There are a couple of issues with our particular vehicle that are issues, however... the running boards that are supposed to automatically roll out, don't always! I have gotten underneath and rinsed the joints with WD40 and lubricated them, and it is better, but still not 100%. The second row seats (captain chairs) do not adjust forward and backward. I am a tall fellow (6'3"), so you do not want to sit behind me! That is simply a design/engineering flaw. We are currently having sporadic issues with the tire inflation sensors and they are probably starting to need replacement. Buy a used car, expect some minor repairs! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!

Love this vehicle. Adaptive cruise is great on trips, the adaptive air ride suspension is incredible. Fit and finish is great. The 6.2L has great performance. Seats are firm and very comfortable. The 10 speed trans handles the power well and is very smooth.
