2020 Suburban Premier has all the bells and whistles! We love the comfort and safety of this vehicle. Even the gas mileage is not as "terrible" as we feared it could be, averaging for our driving needs about 18.7 mpg. There are a couple of issues with our particular vehicle that are issues, however... the running boards that are supposed to automatically roll out, don't always! I have gotten underneath and rinsed the joints with WD40 and lubricated them, and it is better, but still not 100%. The second row seats (captain chairs) do not adjust forward and backward. I am a tall fellow (6'3"), so you do not want to sit behind me! That is simply a design/engineering flaw. We are currently having sporadic issues with the tire inflation sensors and they are probably starting to need replacement. Buy a used car, expect some minor repairs! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!

My car developed a problem, (engine light stayed on) and reduced engine power. The service department set a date and time to bring my car in and offered to provide a loaner car. I brought my car in on the scheduled date & time. The loaner car was washed, gassed up and ready for pick up. The repair was done in a few days; part of the repair cost was covered by warranty and my car runs great. The service department made this a painless process.

This a great vehicle. I have a c2500, and after 25 years it still runs great. I did get it used with only around 50k miles, but now its past 150k and still runs great with no major repairs needed. The only problem is that the blend doors fell down inside the dashboard, so now the air doesn't run well at all, basically no air. Besides that, beat up as it is it still runs great.

So far so good. Test drove many cars at other lots and drove garbage. Went to X Drive and the moment I drove it for only 2 minutes, I knew it was it. Amazing vehicle so far so good. No complaints. Great customer service. Got an extended warranty, I totally recommend them. Even negotiated my price and worked with me. Very honest people.

In 2013 we purchased a 2011 Suburban Chevrolet LTZ 7 passenger seats it’s the best purchased we have ever made . It has 99,000 miles we are in 2025 and it’s running like brand new. We haven’t spent one penny except for regular breaks and oil maintenance . I will never sell it , I will run it to the ground changing the parts that will need maintenance ! You can tow we use it for our fishing boat , it’s so spacious and the mileage for this size truck is pretty darn good ..

Friendly staff, not too pushy; however, Buyer Beware -- they do a great job making a car look great both in pictures and in person, but the car we bought turned out to have nearly non-existent brakes, badly worn rotors, and, unfortunately, engine damage from having been run with little to no oil in the past. We checked the oil in the parking lot, looked new and topped off, and no signs of leaking. Didn't check the exhaust pipe, however, which would have given a clue to the amount of oil the engine was (is) burning. We discovered this upon getting a 120K mile service interval one week *after* purchase from XDrive -- they pulled the oil filter and there was a TON of metal shavings in it, and we soon discovered that its burning oil at the rate of approx. one quart per gas tank or six hours of driving time. Only way to have found this was to have it checked by a mechanic *before* purchase.

Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.

I’m looking at an 08 LZT, I might buy one Monday . Only problem I have is no front split bench . My fog can’t lay down. I like the luxury the sunroof, but I was m frustrated trying to find a 08 Sierra like I had. I sold it to get a boat and I’ve decided to sell the boat. I’m short in cash buying another sirrra as they can go for 14k. I have 10,900 to work with. Being patient is important but my black lab seems to like the bucket seat in my suv! My 2009 suburban has over 200000 miles and still running like the day I bought it. Changed the oil/air filter every 3 k miles Followed the factory schedule. I would never sell this suburban! It’s been in every state in the USA !

I was impressed with Drew as he was not a high pressured salesman. He allowed me to familiarize myself with the bmw. When I asked for an inspection performed by an independent bmw dealer he agreed to this. He wanted to sell the car but moved at my place. A neighborhood used car dealer that will continue to grow. It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.
