I just want to start and say how amazing auto direct corvettes are from the staff to the cars kept at the dealership. I had done some research online to see how the dealership was before calling and saw all 5 star reviews, so i knew it was a amazing place, I had an amazing experience i told them i was coming in to look at a 2011 camaro in 45 minutes and they had the vehicle out running and ready for me by the time i was there, they have an amazing selection of old american muscle, i was amazed walking around it felt unreal seeing all these well kept cars. If anyone is looking for a late model american muscle car or a corvette i would highly recommend going here i promise you will not be disappointed and you will be treated with nothing but respect from on the phone to in person.

Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.

This is our second purchase from Frank Krause Automotive. Our first purchase was back in 2018, a Honda CRV. The car was solid like Frank said and lasted 7 great years before we decided to let it go. We recently just purchased a Toyota Corolla and could not be happier. The car is solid and runs as it should. Franks approach to car buying is make it uncomplicated and only stick to quality brands like Toyota, Honda, some GMC products etc. His inventory is usually single owner low mileage off lease vehicles. He then goes through the vehicle to make sure it’s running right. I am confident we will get many good operating years out of our 2010 Toyota Corolla. The cars interior is virtually untouched. Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

I love my Suburban 2019 Premium. It’s so smooth and rides well. The turn radius is crazy good for a truck. The features with the premium are awesome. Well worth the extra money! Gas mileage is great on Highway and average in the city for a 5.7L truck. I only have 60K miles so far, but I take good care of my stuff. My last Suburban 2005 got me 363K miles.

I purchased a 2010 Lexus IS 350C from Frank Krause Automotive in October 2025. The car is pristine and exactly as advertised. The 2010 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ/Diamond Edition is a very practical, comfortable and capable upscale SUV. Has no problems with driving experience and is equipped with all of the same features as the Cadillac Escalade ESV and GMC Yukon XL!

This is my 3 rd suburban in 20 years. Still have the 2002 model. I purchased a2021 SRT trim line. It is very well appointed vehicle with all the creature comforts one would need. Seats are my only gripe for a 6 ft 2 inch 230 lb driver. Seat bottom is short, not supporting entire thigh, firm and not plush, narrow back and seat. I have bot driven more than 500 miles in 4 weeks since I got it.

Fixed the AC compressor 2 years ago and have been having issues again. I spent 1200 on the compressor then. Now 2 months ago I had to replace the Schrader valve ($250). Now issues again and they can't figure it out. Seems like a common issue now that I look it up. My vehicle currently has 53k miles Another issue is the middle row TV stopped working like 2 years ago. Not sure why.
