The service was great. We walked onto the dealership floor, and was met with a Luther employee who directed us to the Salesman who We spoke with on the phone. About 5--10 minutes later We were on a test drive with the car We wanted to look at, and about 20 minutes later We purchased it. The car was a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek, and will be perfect for bad weather and winter driving. The sales team were great to work with, and honest. Perry told us about the re-man transmission in it, and also promised a couple of other problems would be taken care of. It was a perfect sales-customer relationship. It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.

We had a trade in car and were interested in a vehicle they had on their lot that would better fit our family. After a short and reasonable discussion, we were offered a fair market value price on our trade in to put towards the new vehicle that the misses liked very much. After a short test drive , there seemed to be a check engine code that wouldn't go away without further inspection. Chris and Trevor worked together to get us taken care of. Unfortunately, the first attempt to fix the issue proved more than we both bargained for. I brought the vehicle back to them, and since this was a pre-existing condition, they stated that they would get this fixed 100% before they felt comfortable giving it back.... Welp, second time is the charm and they were able to get this issue fixed with ease. Trevor and Chris are both very trustworthy guys. We felt well taken care of and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a reasonable price.!!!

I love my Suburban 2019 Premium. It’s so smooth and rides well. The turn radius is crazy good for a truck. The features with the premium are awesome. Well worth the extra money! Gas mileage is great on Highway and average in the city for a 5.7L truck. I only have 60K miles so far, but I take good care of my stuff. My last Suburban 2005 got me 363K miles.

From the first moment we walked into the sales room, we experienced an uncharacteristic calmness and helpfullness selecting a used car.
