Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

As anyone knows, the stress and time that goes into finding a used vehicle. From my first stop to see the car, Erik was accommodating, and there was no pressure. It took a couple of days to see some other similar vehicles and found our way back to this one. Test drove it with Erik and enjoyed his knowledge and personality, and did not feel rushed. A small down payment to hold the vehicle while doing the finance paperwork. Easy and quick process, and Rob, the finance guy, understood our parameters and helped us get there. The no hidden fees was a big plus to know our exact costs. Where these guys really shined was when we ran into insurance quote issues. They couldn’t be more understanding, giving us the time to work through it and offering to help where they could. Definitely consider them when shopping for a vehicle.

Love this truck and will only buy suburban s from now on . LTZ version with every cell and whistle they have . The only other vehicle I’d consider is the Cadillac Escalade .i bought mine in Hawaii then 4 years later shipped it to Oklahoma .

I’m looking at an 08 LZT, I might buy one Monday . Only problem I have is no front split bench . My fog can’t lay down. I like the luxury the sunroof, but I was m frustrated trying to find a 08 Sierra like I had. I sold it to get a boat and I’ve decided to sell the boat. I’m short in cash buying another sirrra as they can go for 14k. I have 10,900 to work with. Being patient is important but my black lab seems to like the bucket seat in my suv! Still can’t lay down very well

Their ratings are high because it is definitely well deserved usually I would be skeptic thinking it would be many fake reviews but after our own experience at Hillside Toyota their reviews are truly legit!!! Their cars, trucks are amazing. Their customer service especially the one who helped us whose name is Valentina is excellent, professional, helpful and she is so cool. Any questions we had was answered. Anything we did not understand she went beyond to help us from beginning to end. Definitely ask for her for above and beyond service and assistance. On top of that first day got some awesome yummy popcorn and the last day bagels and coffee. Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.
