Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

Josh Hartigan had absolutely terrible customer service. You should absolutely try to avoid him. He was incredibly rude during the entire financial process. It seemed like he was upset I didn't take his loan insurance offer that would give him commission. I expected Luther Toyota to hire better employees for a more friendly experience. Cheer up Josh, come on. Dave Thomas was a great guy! I loved my experience with him, and he made the process very smooth. I got the car that I liked and he didn't try to sell me anything extra on top. Class act. Superb service. Friendly guy. Bottom line: ask for Dave, avoid Josh.

Any sport, task, or vacation this vehicle can handle. I didn't need to plan how our family was going to get somewhere and never had any issues with our Suburban.

This car is a great addition for our family. Lots of rooms for us with lots of comforts. It will provide us with the space needed as the kids grow.

Best part of the sale was how they treated our kids from the salesman to Cierra talking with our kids on snocross. She gave our daughter pointers on racing and they must have worked, she placed 2nd in the next race. This means the world to us on how someone can take the time to talk with younger racers and help them. Our salesman was more than helpful, from making sure we where happy with the deal. Our son still talking about the Camaro that he took him to see. Honestly we felt like family threw out the whole experience. Never once felt push into the sale. Thank you to both of you!

It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

This car is extremely comfortable, hauls lots of people, powerful enough to pull a camper or boat, great turning radius especially for this size vehicle, adequate power, lots of luxury extras.

I needed to replace air filter as reported on summary report. In looking back at my last report from work done I needed one last time also. I wished it was brought to my attention, I would of had it replaced while at Miller. Most service stations will talk to you after service, not Miller.

Looking for a recall on the paint. My paint is peeling off my 2017. I need help to have it repainted. I just spent $3,389 out of pocket.

2020 Suburban Premier has all the bells and whistles! We love the comfort and safety of this vehicle. Even the gas mileage is not as "terrible" as we feared it could be, averaging for our driving needs about 18.7 mpg. There are a couple of issues with our particular vehicle that are issues, however... the running boards that are supposed to automatically roll out, don't always! I have gotten underneath and rinsed the joints with WD40 and lubricated them, and it is better, but still not 100%. The second row seats (captain chairs) do not adjust forward and backward. I am a tall fellow (6'3"), so you do not want to sit behind me! That is simply a design/engineering flaw. We are currently having sporadic issues with the tire inflation sensors and they are probably starting to need replacement. Buy a used car, expect some minor repairs! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!

Purchased this used from a dealer - one previous owner. Vehicle was well kept, has proven to be reliable with surprisingly good highway mileage. The entertainment package silences children more effectively than a nun's shhh in church. There is ample space for people and/or cargo. The tow capacity will come in handy next.

As usual, Brad and Tom (service writers) took excellent care of me and the shop took good care of my truck. Once again service was timely and fair. Even though I'm retired now and not driving much, me and my 20 year old Avalanche still get treated like I did when I was working, putting 75,000 miles a year on my Ryan purchased Chevys. Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

I love my Suburban 2019 Premium. It’s so smooth and rides well. The turn radius is crazy good for a truck. The features with the premium are awesome. Well worth the extra money! Gas mileage is great on Highway and average in the city for a 5.7L truck. I only have 60K miles so far, but I take good care of my stuff. My last Suburban 2005 got me 363K miles.

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) Traded my 2001 suburban in after 20yrs. Had over 200,000 miles and was still in very good condition. No serious problems. Have owned many cars, suv's and pickups in my 60 plus yrs. of driving. The 2001 was easily the best overall. Traded for 2019 suburban LT 4x4. Have it about a yr. and took some getting used to. Both equipped about the same. The 2019 gets better mpg, handles a bit better, has more accessories (many of wich I will never use) absolutely do not care for the cargo area (fold down seats etc.) Live in Ks. and have family in Seattle, Wa.,Baltimore, Twin City, and Texas areas. Don't use third row seating much so the cargo area in the 2001 suited our ease of loading and more space. Occasional use around town but use mainly for long road travel. I think the 2001 had better comfort in the drivers seat,( better lumbar support ) At this point I prefer the 2001, let you know more if the 2019 makes around 200,000 miles or 20yrs.
