After two years I decided to buy another chevy from Bomnin of west kendall, like the previous experience this one was quick, clear and listened to me as a returning buyer. Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

1) I emailed regarding a vehicle on their website and was responded to by AI, but with a person's name at the bottom. I emailed back asking for an appointment, but no response. I called the dealership and was told it was an internet generated email. 2)I was transferred to a salesperson and talked and texted with them, as I thought he would be my sales person. 3) On my drive there (2 hours away) I called to tell that person I was going to be 10 minutes late - as they asked in their text, with a phone number and an extendsion- and was told that extension isn't valid and that person just does internet sales and gave me the name of my sales person. 4) I get to the dealership, asked for the specific person and he wasn't working that day! FORTUNATELY the person I asked to help find my salesperson was kind enough to help me. He was VERY helpful!

The salesperson Bryan was really polite. He showed me around the vehicle and even took a picture of me and my new vehicle to share on social media lol.
