Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.

Service has always been first class! All service issues that I have had on the three trucks that I have perchased there have always been serviced to my satisfaction. Employees are always courteous and helpful.

Very easy to get appointment. My Service Advisor was great, kept advised to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and clean. They did a great job for me. This is a great dealership and I would higly reccommend this dealership.

Was in the market for a new practical vehicle as I lease a new Audi Electric. Wanted something I could jump in and drive, and moving to Texas it was only right I got my first truck. Five Star rating. In and out in a short period of time. Stephen Underwood handled all the necessary paper work for the service on my truck in a very timely and professional manner. Great service by both Underwood and the shop crew.

Issues were discovered, approved and completed in a timely manner. Transportation was provided back home and back to dealership to retrieve my vehicle.

From start to finish the process was extremely easy and I was greeted as soon as I pulled into service and when I came and picked up my vehicle was greeted again and was helped getting to where I needed to be to get my paperwork done.
