I have a 2023 Tahoe after driving a Mercedes ML350. Husband wanted something bigger. While I really like my Tahoe, I do have a few complaints. The side mirror moves to a weird position inside the case every time I start the car and the preset button does not move it back, I have to reset it manually. I have had this "fixed" once only for it to start doing it again. I hate the auto stop option and am trying to train myself to push the button to turn it off whenever I get in it. The breaks squeal when stopping, I absolutely hate it! Was told since break pads used to be asbestos so they do not use them anymore and now it is metal on metal and living in a humid area makes them rust and that's what make them squeal. Was told to hard stop every so often to knock of the rust. What??? And my biggest complaint, it will not read my text messages to me without and internet plan. Why will it connect to my phone for calls, maps and music but won't read messages?? One of the biggest causes of wrecks, people trying to text while driving. Just one more way to get more money from us as if we didn't pay a fortune for the vehicle itself.

I have purchased 5 vehicles form Knapp Chevrolet since 1999. Roger in the service department takes great care of my truck when I bring it in for service and Tatiana is the best in sales to buy from. My Tahoe: I love this vehicle, too big for my wife to park, but oh well. Just the other day we stopped at the grocery store, had an elderly gentleman say to us that is the most beautiful paint color he has ever seen. He loved the Tahoe. That makes you feel good inside that you made the right choice.

It would have been helpful when I made the appt that I was notified of the 5 hour wait time for this recall service. I also think dealership should offer loaner car based on long wait time. I was told recalls don?t qualify. 5 hours should qualify for a loaner.

I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

Service was fast and they provided the loaner for 2 days. My Service advisor fixed the vehicle within 2 days. I would Highly Recommend this dealership for service.

Purchased a 2008 LTZ a couple of years ago from my husband's boss with less than 70,000 miles on it. WE LOVE IT. Very roomy for all of my grandkids, love the DVD player and all the extra room. Drives like a dream and for someone who dislikes driving in the snow, I feel completely safe on the road. The towing is amazing and the handling is as smooth as butter. This has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. Hope to have it many more years.

Drives like by last one, a 2015. Only I went with high country 6.2 v8. Man, it has some horses! Many enhanced safety features a comparability with google, Apple car play and android. So much to learn! The expansive 17” menu system and the customizable DIC will probably take me a tank of gas just learning it. But it’s SO.MUCH.FUN!

Amazing world class vehicle. Ride quality and driving dynamics are greatly improved over previous generations. Interior quality is among the best in the world. My only complaint is I wish they would build more so they are easier to find and a little cheaper to buy.

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. Very stylish with a lot of power. Sits up high and floats like a cloud on the highway (22" wheels). I like that the seats fold down completely for the third row. Haven't tried the second row (owned only two weeks so far). Only things I miss are a navigation system and seat warmers. Otherwise, the multi-level controls for the heat can suffice fine. Many technical upgrades I have yet figured out how to use. Costs twice as much as the Tahoe I bought in 2012 oddly enough. Probably the engine and tech upgrades helped that.

I bought a 2022 Tahoe RST with a 3.0 diesel engine absolulity love it comfort style handling plenty of power and MPG is city 27 highway 32 with a max MPG of 37 Anyone on the fence of getting the diesel engine My opinion its well worth investment

My 2022 RST w/ the 6.2 and 22" all black rims is a head turner. I traded a 2021 BMW X7 because my teens needed more leg room behind their 6'2" dad. What I gave up in luxury, I gained in good ole Merica v-8 Detroit rumble. The utility of this SUV is 2nd to none. Build quality in Merica is back. Thanks GM the bailout was well worth it.

I’ve owned 2025 Z71 vehicle for only a month. I was able to purchase below MRSP. It’s fun to drive and has been problem free (so far). There is more than enough power, and the Z71 has a very nice look to it. The newer interior is worth the effort compared to the 24 Tahoe. I do wish the leather seats were nicer, or at least had better options.

I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!
