I am satisfied with my visit. I do think more thorough inspections should be done. My headlight was out and I knew this before the visit, but on the checklist it was marked as good. I love the cookies that are left after service visits as well .

Had engine issues but GMC resolved. Love the air ride. Handles well on the road. Gas mileage is typical for these suvs. Love my truck

2019 model year Tahoe purchased brand new from dealership in 2018. I have put almost 50,000 miles on it. In 6 years and 50,000 miles as of April, 2024, I have not had one single issue with it. The only maintenance it has required are the regular oil changes with Mobil 1. Furthermore, I live in the north where they throw salt everywhere in the winter which tends to promote corrosion. There's not a spot of rust on this vehicle's body. there's no paint bubbling from underlying rust either. I do my own oil changes and the underbody has slight surface corrosion here and there but nothing that makes me want to get rid of the vehicle. I am very happy with this vehicle thus far and would not be inclined to trade it in for a newer vehicle at this time, especially since I have 50,000 miles to go on the hundred thousand mile extended warranty provided through the dealership.

I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!

I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. It has a cinnamon red leather interior, and I am very happy with this car. Hats off to all the good people at Auto Web Expo in Plano Texas!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade from the car they have, to the car of their dreams.

My 2020 Tahoe has been pretty much trouble free. It is very comfortable and very nice to drive. It gets very good gas mileage for its size too. 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. I would definitely buy another one.

The service was very good and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was notified when to come pick up my car. I was offered the opportunity to wait in their lounge where they provide a variety of food and drinks for their customers.

This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully

My 2022 RST w/ the 6.2 and 22" all black rims is a head turner. I traded a 2021 BMW X7 because my teens needed more leg room behind their 6'2" dad. What I gave up in luxury, I gained in good ole Merica v-8 Detroit rumble. The utility of this SUV is 2nd to none. Build quality in Merica is back. Thanks GM the bailout was well worth it.

Drives like by last one, a 2015. Only I went with high country 6.2 v8. Man, it has some horses! Many enhanced safety features a comparability with google, Apple car play and android. So much to learn! The expansive 17” menu system and the customizable DIC will probably take me a tank of gas just learning it. But it’s SO.MUCH.FUN!

I just got 4 new tires, and I can tell that my truck needs an alignment, and the wheels needs balancing. The wheel wobbles on the highway when I drive 80 mph. Terrebonne Ford picks up my truck at my work place and brings is back after lunch. My truck drives like it's brand new.

I bought used so much of the issues were ironed out. A smooth ride, plenty room and nice features. I only had it a month so no complaints yet. I did buy a 4 year warranty from the dealer just in case.
