Bought my 2015 Tahoe new, 124,000 miles later no major problems with normal maintenance. Annoying interior lights flicker when brakes depressed, replaced front ball joints. Overall great truck, car must have built on a Wednsday.

After several frustrating visits for service on Saturdays, I was finally able to bring my car for service on a Friday - which meant that Craig could again be my service advisor (since he no longer works Saturdays) Craig is a top notch guy. Super friendly, and he?s never tried to push something on me I don?t need. He comes to the waiting area and talks to me - unlike past experiences where I?ve sat in the waiting area and only gotten texts from my service advisor which really made me hate going to this dealership. Bottom line - ask for Craig, he?s the best!

Owned a 2018 Chevy Tahoe premier for about a year got it at 68k miles currently at 91k planning to keep this car forever have been keeping up with the maintenance replaced the heater hoses, magna ride struts in the front no major major issues with the Tahoe so far love it

I purchased a car 2025 Equinox, I got it home went to drive to work tire pressure was low on all four tires. My other car was worked on picked it up and am having it towed back in today. Still having same problem. Hope you can get it right this time.

I purchased my 2021 Tahoe new during the pandemic and lack of microchips era. Had multiple issues with the pushrods and camshaft sync at 8900 miles and 14000 miles which GMC covered and corrected with proper discount and use of another vehicle. Have not had any issues since that time and have enjoyed driving this vehicle. I have a Z-71 which has magnetic and air ride suspension. Those two add-ons are well worth the money. Best ride in an SUV I have ever had, Control is not a problem, and the 5.2-liter engine is plenty enough for my driving requirements. Gas mileage is what you would assume -15-16 MPG average due to the size and weight of the vehicle. Love my Tahoe!

Very stylish with a lot of power. Sits up high and floats like a cloud on the highway (22" wheels). I like that the seats fold down completely for the third row. Haven't tried the second row (owned only two weeks so far). Only things I miss are a navigation system and seat warmers. Otherwise, the multi-level controls for the heat can suffice fine. Many technical upgrades I have yet figured out how to use. Costs twice as much as the Tahoe I bought in 2012 oddly enough. Probably the engine and tech upgrades helped that.

My experience at Ferman of Wesley Chapel was a good one. I leased a new Jeep and Gheorghe took the time to explain how everything in it worked, from removing the doors and windows to the technology. I needed a vehicle to accommodate my 5 grandchildren. The WIFI is a must for school pickups, and traveling. The safety features exceeded my expectations. Safety comes first, it's my upmost priority. However, the luggage accommodation could be improved. That's definitely not a deal breaker for me. I learned to use the top rack and add a trailer for luggage. The Onstar features gives me more confidence when on the road. I love it.

I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

I’ve had an 2002 Ford Explorer, 2007 Nissan Murano, 2010 Infinity FX 45, 2011 Ford Edge, 2013 Tahoe LT and a 2015 Yukon Denali…none gave me the ride, comfort, luxury and feel like the 2018 Tahoe Premier.

First & foremost I did NOT purchase a vehicle from them but that was because I got a better deal with a closer dealership. HOWEVER, GEOFF (pronounced Joff) was THE BEST salesman I ever dealt with. He was very kind and extremely helpful when I was looking at their Chevy SS sedan. He made sure all my questions were answered and thoroughly explained everything to this first time buyer. I NEVER spoke with him before this encounter and just read a google review on the business & someone mentioned his name because he helped so I asked for him. When I am in the market for a Tahoe I will DEFINITELY return to him. He even made sure to follow up with me after my purchase at the other dealership to make sure everything went smoothly & that I understood everything. GREAT JOB GEOFF!

This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs.

The car is gorgeous but the dealership did not take good care of it nor provided proper teaching to any of its clients about how to maintain it. They just sold it and did oil changes but did not diagnose it correctly and even with the warranty did not do the right things to repair the car or treated us fairly. They are not trustworthy. The car is gorgeous and comfortable.

My representative who helped me out, Lori Kalnasky Was Absolutely Amazing. She helped get me a Uber back to my House, & had them pick me up when my car was finished instead of waiting for a few hours. My Tire, was brought in 4 times in the last 2 weeks and we had to get a new tire. She worked her magic even though we had the 5 year warranty, the company didn’t want to give us a new one. Beginning of the week it was down to 13 pounds. The other three times it was down six pounds in 2 days. Unacceptable but she is A Fantastic Woman. I’ve always owned Tahoe trucks. This is my 5th one. I owned an 01, 03, 04 and 06 before they changed the body style which I wasn’t fond of. The vehicle model is very attractive compared to other trucks I saw when I wanted to purchase something brand new. The Vortec 5.3 engine is still one of the most reliable engines ever made my opinion. I’ve never had issue with my previous trucks. My last Tahoe, I sold it with 301K miles on it. It was my work truck. Now, I’ve switched this truck from leisure to working. I recently had a major repair. One of the parking assist sensors went bad and cause a domino effect, shutting my computer down. Had to have it towed to a dealer. It’s still fairly new so, finding parts that are compatible outside the dealer for cheap isn’t going to go well. I ended up having to replace all my modules, harnesses for the modules since they had heavy water damage from years of exposure (the design doesn’t cover them). That was a $2800 repair. Not bad for having it 6 years 113000 miles driven. I do highly suggest getting the extended warranty on these newer vehicles and renewing the warranty again if you plan on keeping it long term after it’s paid off. As far as the engine, The correct oil makes a difference. Using the wrong type will effect your fuel efficiency and performance of the engine. Your mechanic may be best at figuring which is ideal for your truck in is current state. The truck does well on the highway for its size. I get about 24-26 highway average. The most I’ve gotten was 32.6 miles on the highway but that was mostly on a flat surface which the engine switches to V4 when it’s not under heavy demand. City driving is to be expected. 13-17 depending on idling at lights, traffic, stopping and starting. It’s a reliable truck if your not looking for fancy with a high price tag for an SUV. Can seat 7-8 ppl safely (I had ppl between 5’10 and 6’2 in the third row and the said it wasn’t a bad sit and was surprisingly more comfortable than they expected a 3rd row to be, handles well (your not gonna make corners at nascar speeds in this truck so expectations are within reason) and it’s acceleration is powerful enough to get you in and out of exits on the highway where the flow of traffic is doing 75mph+. I recommend this truck to anyone that wants reliability, safety for themselves and family and something attractive without the Kardashian price tag. If your hung up on brand name status recognition, spend the extra 40K-62K and get a Mercedes truck if that makes you feel better. If your not one of those ppl, Tahoes are great.
