Upon arriving I was greeted by a service person. He was less than personable and seemed like I was bothering him when I approached. I was told to wait and he would be with me in a moment. Another service person came back to their desk and asked if I needed help. She was very friendly and the opposite of the first person. She couldn't have been more helpful and was a pleasure to talk to. I believe her name was Kris? She definitely turned my opinion around after helping me. I would have given a pretty sour review before she stepped in and assisted me. Based on my experience dealing with her this review went from a 2 to a 5.

I went to Chevy wahlberg and the representative Chad was excellent!!!! I came in and told him exactly what was going on with me and the idea car that I wanted and he delivered ! He was very patient , kind and friendly and made me feel very comfortable to speak with him ! I appreciate him and the Chevy working with me and getting me into a 2025 Chevy Malibu ! My dream car ! I was in Columbus traveling 500 miles from home when the tire pressure light on my 2018 Silverado came on with a zero pressure indicator. The guys in service were empathetic to my situation and immediately started inspecting the tires and checking the sensors. Turns out the tires were fine. One of the sensors had gone bad. I had peace of mind to drive home eastern PA. I asked what I owed and was told no charge, glad they could help. Thanks again.

We drove up from Kentucky on a rainy night to see a 2011 Mustang they had on their website. When we got there, we met Austin and had him show us the car. We took it for a test drive and were pleased with it. I would have liked to have been able to negotiate a little more off the price, but I understand that todays market makes that more difficult. This was my sons first big purchase so he was understandably nervous. I think Austins and the finance guys demeanor (sorry I can't remember his name) really helped my son through this. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and my son is, so far, happy with his car.
