We’ve been working with Jason Boyce at Graff Chevrolet in Durand for over 10 years. My husband bought a used truck from him. Our son bought a used jeep from him. We’re on our fourth leased vehicle from him. Our daughter came down from Midland to lease her vehicle from Jason. He is honest, fair and we feel goes above and beyond to help our family find the right vehicle for our budget and our needs. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Matthew Carducci absolutely, hands down made the car buying process the easiest I’ve experienced in my life. I got to the dealership around 1:00 PM he had all the paperwork done, the vehicle cleaned, checked and everything ready to go, paper signed, and out of there in less than two hours. He also pulled some strings and had them put a full tank of gas in the vehicle. We even had time to sit back and chat about APPLE’s newest technologies and I even encouraged him to update the software on his phone, but she did right there. It felt like I was chatting with somebody I’ve known for a long time. They did not try to press any extended warranties or gadgets and gizmos and stuff. They made me aware that warranties were available and asked me if I want to explore that option. I declined and they never press the issue again. When I’m in the position to purchase a brand new one. I will hunt Matthew down!

Dave made the whole process easy and simple I?d definitely recommend Dave and Shea to my friends I?ll be buying from them again!

It was a great experience. Now days it is hard to find a focus on customer service. Connie Glavin's knowledge and customer focus is top notch. She is awesome and very professional. She took good care of us. She took us through every aspect of our new purchase, showed us around the dealership and explained how we will be benefiting in the future doing business with Shea. I was referred to Connie by Matt Jury (Manger on the Mega used lot). I was considering buying a similar used, low milage vehicle. I asked Matt to get me some comparisons on buying new. He did so without hesitation and when I decided to buy new, put me in great hands with Connie. I have bought over 30 vehicles throughout the years through Matt. He always takes great care of me. Whether someone is looking for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend the Shea Auto Group and seeking out Connie or Matt.

Feldman is very professional. They had a great deal on an oil change package that I couldn't pass up. $200 for four oil changes on my Silverado using synthetic oiI. I couldn't do it cheaper myself.

Very pleased and well taken care of. David/Service is a pleasure to deal with, always very helpful. He looks out for my car needs and keeps me informed/updated with service and/or future needs.

Only problem was the invoice said that the air filter wasn?t checked then on the back side of Check list said it was. But it wasn?t checked. Transparency needs to be cleared up. I believe this should be part of the multi point check list
