I can't say enough good things about the service department at Hessert Chevrolet. I purchased a 2019 Colorado and the next day had an issue. They brought my truck right in without a appointment and diagnosed and fixed it quickly and professionally. He answered all my questions and when I asked him for some pictures he send them and went over and above to send videos. They were extremely helpful in making my decision in buying this vehicle. The service department did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my random radio blackout on my 2021 Equinox. This was not a simple issue, but they solved it. The part was back ordered and took several weeks before it was available from GM. They gave me a loaner car and kept me well informed. I am very pleased with the service department.

They take a video of your vehicle explaining the condition of your vehicle and what was the cause of my problem with my truck, which was a recall.
