I was treated exceptionally well by Mr. Donovan Nason, he ensured that I received all the information I requested prior to arriving at the dealership. He provided me with a test drive of the Chevy Trax, and explained the differences between all the trim levels. He even took time to show me the owners manual and how to flat tow the Trax behind my RV. I truly appreciate the professionalism and knowledge which Donovan demonstrated during the sale. I also visited the service department and Mr. Ian McKensey ensured that my vehicle was serviced properly. Mr. McKensey was respectful and professional in his dealings with my service request. Banks in the premiere new and used car dealership in New England! They have the biggest selection of GMC, Chevrolet, Buick and Cadillac. Waiting room was a little cool. Service Manager was very quick. He explained everything and waited patiently for my comments. The service was performed quickly and met my satisfaction.

My sales person at Castle Chevrolet was Tony Twall. He was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I have to say that this was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My next purchase will be with the Castle dealership in McHenry IL and I will ask for Tony to be my sales person.

The visit to the facility was for a routine vehicle service and inspection. the work was done very timely and all the employees were very courteous,

The service met what i needed. I was able to ensure that the price of the repairs that were needed were affordable and correct. I just wish some of the future repairs that are needed are more affordable and could be more explained by the customer service representative like the previous rep that I had at the previous visit. Overall, the facility was very clean and i was able to meet with one of the car/service representative. I was able to meet with a car dealer who was very friendly and ensure that I had his contact information, in the event I plan or may want to purchase a new vehicle in the near future, which i plan too.
