I contacted Fletcher Jones Imports from cars.com because they had the same make/model I was hoping to buy from another dealership in my state. Their price was much lower so I called the sales team and got set up with Mike Mondesi who handles their out-of-state sales. Mike was a joy to work with! He went out to the lot and got pictures of the vehicle for me and even put together a purchase order when he knew I was negotiating with another dealership. I came in for an oil change and walked out with a brand new 2025 Equinox. Amos, David and Matrell were amazing. The staff from the salesmen to the financial team to the porter, were very professional, courteous, friendly and easy to talk to. They didn't pressure me at all to make the deal. This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

I am enjoying my 2022 trailblazer. The only problem of concern is the chip painting on the hood and the cost of repair for the chip painting.

I just purchased a car from this place and i'm not going to lie i was scared at first, i always got my cars from big known dealership here in Vegas so i didn't know what to expect from this place. After searching online i notice that they had the car i wanted so i gave them a call and schedule an appointment with Laura, as soon i got there she was great, very friendly and real (not like the typical fake care salesperson) so i told her that my bank offered me a low interest rate and if she gave lower than that i will take the car, so after getting all my info entered and all that fun stuff 30 min later i was approved and ready to test drive the car i wanted... i'm so happy i decided to go to this place it only took me 2hr to get the car like NEVER before i usually had to spend my whole day fighting with those big name dealerships for the right price and interest rates, i definitely love the hassle free price, not having to negotiate the price because its already low is the best. Love this guys i highly recommend Laura she is great. Thank you Hertz for my new car!

I am TOTALLY pleased with purchase of my Trailblazer RS It rides beautifully/gets great mileage/has a very nice interior and a larger screen I actually was thinking more about an Equinox, however, I have a close friend who also recently purchased a Trailblazer She is also very pleased with her purchase

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

The primary thing I love about this car is room and comfort. My prior cars have all been sedans. This vehicle feels like a roomier sedan with more control.

Upon arrival to test drive an Acadia- we were greeted by everyone and offered assistance. We had already been working with Bob Iaconi, so that?s whom we were there to see. Bob was THE most amazing guy to work with! He was so funny, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! It seems the entire team bent over backwards to get us going in our beautiful new Acadia Denali (just in time to make a dinner date with our friends!) The entire experience was hands down the best one I?ve had at any dealership. We appreciated the ?cut to the chase? approach, so we weren?t there for 12 hours. I got this SUV a few weeks ago, and I came from a Kia. A lot of reviews made me super nervous, but so far so good. I’ll update this as time goes of course. I have the LT model, and it feels so bulky and nice compared to my Kia.

Two days of conversation with conspicuously clever car salesmen and saleswomen at various lots led me finally to Hertz, which I had thought only dealt in car rentals. It was after the second day?s morning and afternoon of futile searching I found an unlikely posting about the particular car I was interested in. Hertz was the dealership selling the vehicle. I made a phone call to its Sahara location and had a wonderful conversation with a Laura Real, a woman whom I took an immediate liking to. She did not seem immediately obsessive with an invitation to her lot. In fact, her initial inquiries were the types that a concerned family member may give his or her kin about a major purchase. Naturally, the observation put me at ease. This impression led me to finally go to the location hours later and see the vehicles she had available. Laura made a pleasant introduction of herself and made it clear that my satisfaction was her priority. She was transparent in her description of the car and its history, and never made an intentional push to run credit or jump into a plan I wasn?t comfortable with. After a day of consideration I returned to the lot, and took another test drive of my vehicle of interest. She was able to find a better vehicle for me, and when I asked to drive the car a second time she was pleasant and unaffected; time is certainly money for the men and women who sell, but my satisfaction remained her priority. To me, this speaks a lot to the integrity of Laura, and the company she works for. We went ahead with the process of contracts and signings, something I had dreaded before. Fortunately it was remarkably smooth and didn?t take more than an hour. She provided me with a thorough description of the financial route I would need to take to have the car, and Hertz?s financial department gave an equally amicable showing. By midday, I was the owner of a new vehicle and felt well treated and confident, and surprised by the whole experience. Laura Real is a sharp and concerned saleswoman, whose integrity was clear from the first conversation. She has certainly changed my opinion about vehicle purchasing, and it is for this reason I highly recommend giving Laura a try in your next car purchase!

I just bought a 2025 Chevrolet TrailBlazer RS in Nitro Yellow and it is a beautiful car. I couldn't be happier with my new Trailblazer. I did a ton of research on small suvs under $30,000 and you can not find a better vehicle equipped with the options I have on my TrailBlazer. I have the 1.3 turbo under the hood and this car moves. It's not slow or sluggish like I read in some reviews. If I wanted a fast car, I wouldn't have bought an SUV. Please don't let the experts stop you from buying a Trailblazer because you will love it just like I do. Thank you Chevrolet for giving us such an amazing vehicle!

My daughter's boyfriend told me about Herz car sales; he bought two cars at Herz resales on Sahara in the last three years and is very happy with the cars, the process and the price. I was in the market for a new Mercedes so I went there on his advice. I bought a 2015 C300 which I love. The price was great, the sales process was relatively painless and Laura Real, the Sales Consultant was the best that I have encountered in my years of car buying. First of all, it was nice to be dealing with a woman as she understood all of my issues but even more importantly, she went above and beyond in term of service. I am a very happy car buyer.

After being very disappointed and treated poorly by a different dealership I didn't have high hopes we would end up getting anything but my husband and I decided to give Friendly Ford a try. He said he didn't want to show us anything out of our budget or that did not work size wise for our family,which I really appreciated, most places will show you anything and everything just to try to sell something. We ended up getting an Amazing SUV for our Family at a great price. Hugo really worked hard to help us find what we wanted, I felt like he really cared about what we wanted in a vehicle and didn't try to talk us into something else just to sell. Overall iy was a great experience with Friendly Ford and I couldn't be happier with our purchase from them.

Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.

I downsize from a Chevy Traverse which has 195000 miles. I am extremely happy with my Trailblazer and would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. It may be smaller than a Traverse but there is plenty of room inside.

2023 Chevy trailblazer RS - Good small car. Issue 1 - not heated upper seats (great for car trips). Issue 2 - AC vents built for sport look, not functionality, no rear AC vents except for 2 very small ones at the back of the center console. Issue 3 - No park assist (waiting on chip to come in). Issue 4 - no rear view camera mirror. Issue 5 - no sunroof. Issues 3, 4 & 5 are available in the next step down model. Seriously??

The salesman or lady took good care of me thank you I would buy there again
