This is my fourth Volkswagen and my second time buying from Kings VW. I drive out of my way to go to Kings because of their awesome knowledgeable sales staff and great selection. My last experience was the best car buying experience ever. So naturally when it came time to buy my next vehicle, I went straight to Kings Volkswagen.

I have the Z71 Traverse. I love the body style, its performance and the way it handles on the road. It is exactly what I wanted!

I purchased a 2024 Chevy Traverse RS AWD and it’s the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. Chevy did its best to provide a great, functional vehicle which looks great and drives even better. The Super Cruise is a game changer for road trips. I love to drive and this vehicle just made planes obsolete to this retiree!

I worked with Stephanie the internet sales manager via there website chat on Friday 4/21/2023. I was helping my sister Carol find a 2023 Buick Encore GX and Stephanie confirmed they had the one I inquired about and let Tom Spears know my sister and I would be coming in to look at the car from Cincinnati on Saturday morning. We met Tom and he had the car ready for a test drive. My sister loved the car and it had all the options she was looking for and the color. Tom worked to get my sister the best deal possible on the car and had it prepped and ready to go in a short time for a Saturday. The whole experience in buying a car is usually stressful one but I would have to say that can be totally avoided with purchasing a car at Tom Ross Buick . Allen and Jesse were awesome in helping us get our new truck! Going into it, we sort of knew what we were wanting but hadn't had a chance to test drive any of the trucks we were interested in. We came in pretty late and Allen was nice enough to get us out on a test drive right up to closing time. Then both Allen and Jesse sat down with us to explain pricing and what we would be looking at in terms of a myriad of payment options without being pushy, which we appreciated, and we went through our needs for a truck to make sure we were getting exactly what we needed for our farm. Overall, they took great care of us and we are happy with our new truck!

I had my car serviced by Jeff Schmitt and they took the time to solve a very lengthy and frustrating problem I have been having with my Bolt EUV that Voss Chevy (where it was purchased) refused to help me with and said it was either my fault by taking it to a charging station or that the electric at my house was faulty even though two electricians certified my electric was fine. Jeff Schmitt Chevy was able to fix the error "unable to charge" I would randomly get while charging at several homes and that has been a focus of car forums as well as getting the attention of GM Corporate as well. It turned out there was a problem with the electrical component which was exposed after purchasing it new at Voss Chevy. Just recently, it got worse where I had another issue where the engine was repeatedly rebooting when I tried to shut it off and it would not go in drive or reverse either. After getting the run-around I almost gave up until I took it to Jeff Schmitt instead and they went through detailed diagnostics and took the time to find the problem and correct it. Everything has been fixed, thanks to Jeff Schmitt Chevy. I am so thankful for Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet as they have renewed my faith in GM and I look forward in driving my Chevy Bolt EUV. I highly recommend Jeff Schmitt for their dedication, commitment to customer service and their loyalty to their customers.

Dewayne was great and quick and efficient. I had a car picked out I wanted to look at and he was quick on getting us a test drive. After that I knew I wanted the car and he was quick working with the loan officer (can’t remember his name but, he was great too!) we were in and out in about an hour and half with my new car! Best experience I’ve ever had buying a car.

The process was really easy and online friendly. The salesperson Jorge was friendly and helpful and always available for questions/concerns. Any hesitation I had was met with respect and understanding not pressure.
