I came to the dealership and met Lakelynn who graciously assisted me in getting my car serviced. It is not always easy to get same day service but Lakelynn found a tech who had time for my small repair. I am forever grateful to her for going out of her way to ask, even after another staff had concerns about same day availability (at 4pm, which is a miracle in itself)!
